Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Hutt City

We were visiting family in Upper Hutt. We needed a home base for 3 people for a 16 night stay. Willem's accommodations were perfect with room to spare. Plenty of room for a large group. Easy check in and ability to come and go as we liked. We were traveling with our 81 year old father and it was perfect for us. There were 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bathrooms, one with a wonderful shower and the other with a tub. Also the living spaces were very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Willem's home.

Your home was very homely for the 3 nights we were there, very handy to our 2 day event we were attending for the long weekend.. I would book this accommodation again in the future.. We felt very safe.. Thank you Megan

A beautiful home away from home. We found it very spacious & roomy. Large bedrooms & large main bathroom upstairs. Very well equipped kitchen for any cooking needs. The outdoor area was lovely with a pool & outdoor seating with nice established gardens very peaceful. Easy to access once we arrived & close to everything like a bakery, NW supermarket, Upper Hutt town centre etc. I would definitely recommend this house to any family it was fantastic & we had a really nice time there. Booked for five days. Really great place. Felt right at home. I would love to go back again. It has a peaceful surroundings,beautiful mountain scenery from the bedroom and above all very quite neighbourhood. I highly recommend this air bnb.

The property is very central to the main street with restaurants and activities, only a short walk and was very close to brewtown which was great for us as I had an event there. The host is very responsive and accommodating, we will definitely be checking availability here next time we are in the area.

Loved staying at Fiona's Air B n B. Perfect for a getaway for 2, and the dog. Closed in back yard for my dog and access to the beach. Will be going back.

Elizabeth's Air BNB just exceeded our expectations. The apartment views looking out to the sea just breathtaking. The accommodation so comfortable, yet exceptionally stylish. She certainly has an eye for detail. It was like walking into a New York apartment in the skies. Perfect for the relaxing getaway we wanted. Beds so comfortable and linen sheets an added bonus. Doug and Jan’s place was better than expected. Lovely and spacious, amazing views out to Kapiti Island, and a few minutes walk to beach. Fantastic kitchen with great amenities and then some. Added bonus was the electric blanket.

Mike & Ruth are lovely hosts, very helpful + kind in accommodating our schedule. Little Havana is a unique, funky apartment in one of Wellington's impressive historical buildings, right in the heart of Cuba Street. Our Uber driver dropped us on the Cnr of Dixon & Cuba and it's a short walk up the pedestrian mall. The instructions for access are detailed with pictures, which makes for a very secure complex. Big wooden doors open into entryway; choose the cute little lift or walk up the large, wide stairwell. The destination floor is a creatively designed indoor/outdoor space that makes you feel you're in a little street. Opening the pink door to the apartment the first thing we noticed was the light from the big windows and skylights. Beautifully styled with colour and crafted art. Very generously provisioned with pantry, fridge, bathroom supplies, quality eco products & thoughtful extras. We're looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect apartment to stay at in Wellington. Everything was as per the booking description etc.

Grace’s apartment is extremely well located for a short visit to Wellington, minutes to Lambton Quay and all the transport options and shopping available there. Considering it is located in the CBD the traffic and city noise is not intrusive , even with the bedroom window open. Lovely selection of tea and coffee available, good cooking facilities should you want to self cater.

Beautiful, private location. Nice location with nearby walking tracks. House was well stocked, felt very spoilt. Host was amazing too! Everything you could hope for was here!
