We had a super nice time at Marion's place. From the first minute we felt welcomed and at home. Marion and her husband are very loving and friendly hosts. It really reminds a bit of Bullerbü, here the world is still fine. 🥰 For the youngest in the bundle, there were many animal visitors to discover in the garden and behind the house a large meadow to let off steam and play football. It was a completely beautiful vacation for us. Thank you very much dear Marion ☺️

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

Great stay with great weather which helped make our vacation extra of course! Impeccable and very beautiful accommodation, as described Cornelia is a great host. We did not see it physically but had a lot of fruitful and friendly exchanges via the app Ideal location close to a few lakes including the Starnberg See which is a 15mn walk (swimming boat rides...) or the Ammersee which is 10mn by car In 45 minutes we are in Munich, in 1h10 at the castle of Neuschwanstein and therefore 10 minutes more and we are in the Tirol... We would recommend a stay here to everyone Tchuss

We felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, everything is clean and it is quiet with great views of the mountains. We used it as a starting point for various activities and at the same time as a retreat to spend time with friends.

Overall great stay and the place looked just as advertised on Air B&B. Not really much decoration in the apartment so it lacked a warm welcoming feeling but that doesn't affect the functionality of the apartment. There is a small washer which was nice as we needed to do some laundry. The washer's controls are all in German but there is an instruction manual that is written in several languages. We found it easier just to watch a couple YouTube videos to get familiar with the machine. The host left a binder with public transportation info and nearby restaurants. The old town area is about a 45 minute walk but there is a nearby tram that will get you there much quicker.

Moritz’s house was wonderful. It was exactly what we needed for a family vacation to Munich. A short walk to the S Bahn station in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. He was extremely responsive and accommodating to any needs or requests we had. The house was lovely and just as described on the listing. We had a great time.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

We had wonderful days - both in good and bad weather - in the cottage. The nature outside is beautiful and the whole ambience takes you out of your everyday hustle and bustle. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed the time very much. The cottage is comfortably furnished, very clean, cozy and offers everything you need. Thank you, dear Maria, for the lovely stay! We will be happy to come back. 😊

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

We stayed two nights with Rü. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

Stephanie is a really nice, caring and friendly hostess. We felt very comfortable, nothing was missing.

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

The host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room structure is reasonable, the layout is cozy, the surroundings are quiet and spacious, and the living experience is very good.

It was a good fit for a trade fair accommodation for four people. Bakery right next door. Just finding the small driveway was a bit tricky. But also not impossible.

Thanks very much Lisa and Julian. We loved staying with you. The house is absolutely perfect! Totally cozy, super new, extremely clean (and I really have a mold about this) and very nicely decorated. We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. We had a great time in Dagmar and Burkhard's apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and the apartment is very nice and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet and it is still only a 2-minute walk to the train station and the lake. Fully recommended.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️
