Beautiful, bright, newly renovated basement apartment in the University District. Simple, elegant, and timeless are how we describe it. It boasts an open concept layout that feels gracious and relaxing. Our family of 5 lives full-time upstairs. We attempt to keep the noise to a minimum, and you will hear us. We provide a white noise machine, ear plugs and box fan. We are respectful of your privacy, yet happy to help you find your way around the neighborhood if you’re looking for suggestions.

Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer.
