Indikas place was a good stay. Having a tranquil beach close by was a highlight sand everything was in working order in the house. The internet data ran out but the hosts were quick to recharge. Ganeshan was kind and responsive to our needs

We had a great time, close by short tuk tuk ride to diving, beach, surfing, bars and restaurants. There is a small beach very close, opposite the house but for a larger beach and more amenities it is just a short ride away. The family who look after the house were very kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

This location is beautiful situated in a jungle green area. We loved de quiet place and watching the animals and birds who passed the huge garden with banana trees etc. We had the opportunity to eat with the family, and had many delicious sri lankan curry 's and fruits available. In the night fire flies enter the rooms which is lovely to see. Beds where big and comfortable mattresses, there is hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. We really recommend this place, also good with kids!

Money Nest Bungalow is an amazing place to spend holidays.It is situated in very calm environment away from hustle bustle.It was super clean and tidy.It is very nice bungalow in a perfect environment.There were everything inside we needed. There is a very nice, huge garden.I enjoyed the nature very well.Sitting in the veranda we saw a lot of birds,squirrels and peacocks.It is a perfect place for the nature lovers.Sheeta was so friendly host and she was always ready to help us when we need.would like to highly recommend this place and will come back again.

A wonderful villa. Great host, very responsive and always ready to help. Very beautiful surroundings, quiet, calm. At first it was difficult to find the exact location, but we contacted the owner and he told us everything about how to get there. Next time we come to Sri Lanka, we will definitely consider this comfortable option.

Namal and especially his father Nimal were very friendly and helpful! Very good value for money. The garden with cinnamon trees and the house are beautiful (super good water pressure and hot water) and very calm (away from the busy street). It is a bit of a hustle with the tuk tuk drivers but Nimal gave us a number of one to make the travel to the beach (4min by tuk tuk) easier and there are always some tuk tuks passing a road nearby.

Lovely quiet house nicely tucked away from the roads. The garden is full of wildlife - bats flying over head, langurs, mongoose and so many birds - it’s pretty special. The internet is quick, the kitchen well equipped and the beds comfy. Chandrika and Udyani were super accommodating. when we had a medical emergency they were incredibly quick to help which was so nice of them. If you want a relaxing, cosy spot near some of Sri Lanka’s best surf - this house is a great decision.

A great place where a family can relax and enjoy. Very helpful staff and the chef can cook great dishes. Highly recommend the place worth every penny

Chanu's home stay was fantastic, undoubtedly the best host I've ever had. He treated us with such special care, and his wife's meals were delicious, especially the cinnamon wood barbecue. The house is simple, nestled in the mountains with a great garden for kids to play in. Whenever transportation or tourist plans were needed, Chanu took care of everything with excellent suggestions. I don't know when, but we'll definitely be returning!

We stayed in Thalpe Bungalows for five nights and it was wonderful. The super friendly and helpful staff, Dush and Lata, made our stay if I’m honest. They were super accommodating with everything, and we have two small kids so there were always things! The location was perfect for us. Just off the busy street inland a little from the beach where it was super quiet and peaceful, but still just a short walk to the beach. Dush also helped us with a tuk tuk driver which was very helpful to have someone know exactly where the accommodation is whenever he picked us up from being out! We ate a Sri Lankan breakfast everyday, made fresh on site and so delicious. Everything was just beautiful I couldn’t have asked for an easier stay, especially when travelling with kids! Thank you Murray and Seema, and thank you Dush and Lata.

Amazing house, and garden, filled with excotic animals. Its 10 minutes down to the beach by Tuk Tuk. But with the Pick Me app it was easy to go around. Also a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The owners are an amazing couple, helping with whatever we needed. They Even let me stay an Extra night for free. Very kind. 100% reccomend this place for any long term travellers
