Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Franca was an outstanding host — warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The place was incredibly beautiful, spotless, and even more stunning than we expected. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience!

Really beautiful. The property and views were just what we wanted. Away from everything. Just the countryside with clean fresh air. Pietro and Cristina were great. We really enjoyed our time there.

We had a fantastic time in Pietro's. The location was blissful, set in the rolling hills of Umbria. The place was sqeeky clean and very comfortable. In spite of our late arrival, Maurizio, Ines and Piero were very pacient and helpful which made our stay a real joy. Thank you for everything.

We have had the most wonderful stay. The farmhouse is beautiful, full of character with the most amazing garden, stunning views and a lovely pool. We used the two guesthouses as well as the main house, loved the flexible and sociable spaces it gave us with 8 adults of 3 generations. There is so much to see in Cortona. Full of great restaurants ; thank you Nella for your recommendations. Really good pizzeria and a new bistro less than 10 mins if you don’t always fancy the walk down and up the hill. We loved the local bakery and the homemade pasta shop. Like many guests we would highly recommend Lilli - she cooked for us one evening - a very special meal. I do think a car helps - we didn’t book one originally but didn’t realise how hard it is to get taxis from the station. Gave us more options to explore… but you really don’t need to venture far from Cortona; it’s beautiful. We all really had a special and memorable holiday. Would love to return. Really nice tranquil spot just outside of Montepulciano. Was a great place to getaway for a few days. Hosts were communicative and responsive. The only thing I’ll note is to ensure that your check in instructions match the address listed on AirBnB. We were given an address via message that was 2.5 hours from the actual spot—luckily we used the original address listed on AirBnB, but this could have easily been a disaster.

This is one of those rare places that’s even more beautiful in person than in photos. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, thanks to the warm and welcoming hosts. The landscape is stunning, with breathtaking views, especially at sunrise. Thank you Ian for the nice time. We definitely would love to come back.

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Incoronata and Lorenzo are just fabulous hosts ! They are booth committed to welcome their guests with sincere interest to ensure our well being ! We spent an amazing week in Cortona. The villa is just fantastic and really beautiful Pool and spa are very clean in a very nuce garden

This place is amazing. Approximately 20 minutes to Assisi. Extremely large property to walk around that includes a wine vineyard and olive groves and a swimming pool. Very tranquil at night absolutely nothing around you except city lights in the distance. Restaurants are a ten minute drive and a grocery store 5 mins. The unit is extremely large and includes an awesome kitchen fully stocked, two large bathrooms and wonderful sitting area outside. The morning breakfast as well is an awesome touch Eddie is an amazing host. Constantly sending suggestions for local sights and things to do. He is on site but as well he will send you links to local towns, driving instructions as well as to restuarants. Assisi is a a must to see. But Eddie also directed us to 3 smaller Italian cities with their cultural heritage and local activities. Absolutely recommend this place.

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

Stephen & Jenny are great hosts and their property is amazing! I highly recommend to stay there! Breakfast was very good, the pool is perfect, the views are great! Communication before and during our stay was great - we felt very welcomed! Quick suggestions to improve the apartment: - aircon (but thank you for providing fan!) - would be great if there was a direct access to the kitchen from outside !

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

We can not say enough good things about this host and their location. Our plans had to be adjusted due to rail strike and host was so helpful with changed check in time and taking us back to town to pick up rental car. The location is a beautiful farm. The host shared his knowledge of olives and vineyards. I can't wait to get home so I can use the farm's olive oil in my kitchen. The only problem was we didn't book a long enough stay! Highly recommend this location.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Perfect for those looking for silence, beauty, and simplicity, far from mass tourism.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

An absolutely fantastic villa, we felt right at home straight away thanks to the wonderful host Mirella. Beautiful house, brilliant amenities and great 360 degree views. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay and great host. Will be back!
