The apartment was one the favourite of the many I've stayed in over the years. The location was as central as you be, the windows opened out to an amazing view over the harbour and the front door was on the main pedestrianised shopping street. The apartment itself was well equipped, the shower worked well and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. What more could you ask for!

Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful. The studio apartment was in perfect condition, very homely and pristine. We had a wonderful time staying there, despite the bad weather during our trip.

Vanja’s place is such a gem! Situated on a quiet street with a gorgeous view of Rovinj by the shimmering sea. Yet walkable which we enjoyed. The apartment is modern inside with all the comforts we need. The free parking really allowed us to enjoy. Vanja’s always responsive and easy to communicate whenever we need help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Rovinj gem!

Really enjoyed our 5 day stay in October. Great location, close to the beach and other nearby locations. Very friendly and helpful hosts🙂

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

We stayed at Nancy's House for 2 nights. The apartment is stylishly renovated and very clean. It is very quiet and has a small outdoor area with table and chairs and it is well connected to Trieste by public transport. Renè was very friendly and always easily accessible. We can definitely recommend the apartment, it is perfect for a couple, but also three of usable. You should be reasonably good on foot, because the boarding is via a longer staircase.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

We were very satisfied with our choice. The location is superbe, the AC was terrific, and the king sized bed super comfortable. Squeaky clean place, solid windows buffer the outside noise, the kitchen and bathrooms are very clean and modern. Paolo was very responsive to several questions we had. We were very satisfied!

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

Small apartment very functional, quiet and very well located for doing everything on foot, by shared bike or by bus (city center, Miramare castle, boat to Muggia...). Access to the central station is also very good. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. It feels like home with all the comforts and Claudio's very nice touches such as the necessities for breakfast, condiments… Quality bedding. It's nice after beautiful days of walking☺️. Only point to note: dark apartment because it faces the back of the building. It didn't bother us because it allows you to be really quiet and the lighting is planned for but for those who dream of a view of the city or the port, it's not the right option. Finally, thanks to Claudio for his proactivity and the clarity of his instructions. It was perfect and we were able to fully enjoy our stay.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.
