Perfect stay, host responded within one hour for all my questions, and also provided me ant killers amost within 30 mins as there were some ants around. (very effective, alll ants gone in a few hours) Place is clean too, and very comfortable. The food around is also very nice, highly recommend the malay store, opposite an indian mamak. portion, taste, price is all very good. Will be back again soon for small weekend getaway. Thank you! enjoyed my stay

This was my second time staying at this unit, and everything was just as advertised - clean, cozy, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement: there are two TVs in the unit, but one isn’t working. It would be better to remove the faulty one as it only takes up space. Also, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted and mainly cooled only the lower part of the bed - my feet felt cold but my head stayed warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Self Check-In was breeze & smooth with very clear instructions. Location is surrounded with many restaurants selling variety of food.

Just back from this beautiful homestay. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The house owner was very nice,helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommended! And we will come back again next time =)

Had fun with family. They had an array of fun activities and games for the family. Clean and cosy home.

Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

Great place to stay. Its quite private and big for 13 people. Lot of indoor games available at this place. Big patio available and children can play over there. 15 mins to Legoland

Very friendly Host and provided information very promptly. Very flexible and provided updated when home is available. And also provided check-out time promptly on the cleaner entrance time instead of strictly following check-out time. Provided free toothbrush and toothpaste. House is very clean compared to another unit as we stayed 2 different house for 2 different night due to availability.

Boon Kwang was responsive to our needs. Location was near to the mall, very accessible. Rooms are neat and clean.

Very flexible to checkin and checkout, very convenient. Would totally recommend this place. Uncle is very helpful too.

Wonderful accommodation and host

If lazy to go far out for shopping this place is only a min walk to the shopping mall

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

Stayed for 4 nights. Self check in was a breeze. Instructions will be given a day prior to arrival. Host is very helpful and responsive as well. The studio is cozy and clean with a nice firm bed. The view from the balcony is great. The building is not really accessible on foot, but you can easily get a grab car through and fro if you're not driving. There's a water dispenser in the kitchen for clean drinking water. Also there's a well maintained and clean garbage chute area on the same floor with just a few steps away from the studio which I find it really convenient for disposing of rubbish. It helps keep the studio clean making it a pleasant stay. As stated on the listing the Jacuzzi in the bathroom is faulty. Overall for the price paid it was worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Thong’s apartment. Loved the great location where you are a stone’s throw away from great food, massages, saloons and a short drive from legoland. Thong is a great host who tries to give her best in ensuring you have a great stay. Highly recommended for all, especially for families.
