Great stay, awesome house. This house is really an entertainment place to come with family as fully furnished with facilities like electronic gadgets, pool, karaoke, kids area and board game. We have had a great experience at the hidden gem homestay and the place was just right for a gathering of 6 adults with kids. The 2-in-1 pool table/table hockey is perfect to keep the kids entertained while the comfortable sofa and mahjong table is ideal for adults to chit chat. The rooms were clean and parking space outside the house can fit 3 cars nicely without any feeling of space constraints. It was an overall pleasant stay. We will return to Hidden Gem should we want to find a place near Sutera mall for rendezvous again.

Great communication with host right from the beginning all the way to check out. Apartment wise, all will be smooth as long as you read the manual guide thoroughly and ask questions before making your way there, especially if you'll be checking in very late/early wee hours in the morning. Security is good, area is clean. Loved that host provided good quality toiletries and ensured unit was clean. My daughter appreciated the cosy little mini library in the second bedroom. Of course in return, we ensured we leave the apartment in good condition too. Thank YOU, Kok Haur, for everything!

had a great stay at the place. location was safe and quiet if u enjoy some peace. exploring around the area was easy with some good foods within 5 to 10 mins drive with not much traffics. the host was prompt with the replies to your enquiries and was a great help.. would come again some day

We stayed here for one night (Sat-Sun) with our two kids aged 5 and 8, and enjoyed ourselves. The playground was a nice touch and they loved it. Would definitely come back here again if we have short stays! P.S. one thing to note is the far distance we had to walk (about 30mins odd, with the two kids), and although the mall is directly connected by a bridge, there is a staircase down and up again, that is not stroller friendly. The mall is big and not all shops are opened yet, there is a bit of trouble finding the block as there are no clear signs, but we managed to check with information counter to get some help. Small matter otherwise!

the toys, games in tv, uno card did a great job keeping the children (and adults) occupied. each extra mattress has its own linen and blanket. a bit letdown was the microwave as it was not working, food not heating up.however, i believe the host will fix that. overall, we hd a great stay and will definitely check this place availability if we return here. thank you

Well kept unit with many additional thoughtful additions (enough hangers, dryer, toiletries, etc). Host is also accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend for a short stayover for family visiting Legoland.

I had a wonderful stay at Danny's homestay. He was extremely kind and accommodating throughout our visit. He generously gave us extra time to check out, which we really appreciated. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great facilities that made our stay very convenient. It's also very kid-friendly, which made traveling with children much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Ching’s Afiniti Residence! The place was beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The master bedroom was spacious and fully equipped, while the second room was perfect for kids with a double-decker bed and even toys provided — such a thoughtful touch! Both bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen came with plenty of utensils, making it easy for us to cook and dine in. We also appreciated the generous supply of extra rubbish bags. Mr. Ching was a great host and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

huge place for 4, very clean and spacious.

The Host: He was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He was very accommodating — when my daughter felt unwell the night before checkout, I asked if we could check out a bit later. Without hesitation, he agreed and even sent his warm wishes, which we truly appreciated. The House: This place really felt like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, well-organized, and cozy — just like our own home. It even smelled wonderful! My children absolutely loved exploring every corner of the unit and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The location is fantastic too — just a short walk to Medini Mall and very close to Legoland. In the past, we always stayed at the Legoland Hotel for convenience, but now that we’ve discovered RoomGuru’s place, we’ll definitely be coming back here instead! To the host — it was truly a remarkable experience staying at your place. Keep it up!

Very responsive by Ms Angela (co-host) with helpful and clear instructions. Although the apartment was abit old , but the unit is reasonable clean and tidy. Location is good , within 10 mins drive to Toppen IKEA. Overall is good!
