Vacation rentals with a patio in Ullswater

This was purchased on behalf of my in laws. They absolutely loved it and had a great couple of days away. The accommodations was comfortable and cozy, perfectly located to explore the beautiful surroundings. Marcelle was a great host with prompt communication and friendly. Really beautiful place and so clean and peaceful. if you have health issues or struggle walking. The steep hill to the apartment can be tough. I would prefer smaller mugs as heavy to handle with very hot drink especially if you have arthritis. this is not a complaint just an observation. Thanks to Lorraine for the bottle of wine and all the essentials. would highly recommend it

Amazing stay at the cottage, the view was especially amazing and the living room was especially cosy. It was quite easy to find but you might find yourself walking a bit too far and finding the back door before the front door like we did haha.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Just stayed here for the one night and just what we needed. Great little place.

Karen was a great host and her annexe was an extremely convenient stopover on a long journey up the M6 and beyond.

We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would do again. kids loved the pool and location right next to the beach. Highly recommend.

Loved loved loved the apartment! Modern, clean, spacious, huge balcony with fantastic view! Out of all the times we have come to Blackpool, this is for sure the best place we have stayed and would come back again. Holly was superb in communication, very clear instructions, quick responses. Appreciate a cute welcome pack left for us. The location is great as you are in walking distance from both piers. There is a number of stairs you need to climb to get to the apartment, so for those who have issue with that, might need to have this in mind.

Lovely place to stay, it was perfect! Just what we needed for 3 generations for a few days escapism. Jamie is a fantastic host, super helpful, and the town is such a short walk away. The chippy by the house is great as is Rico’s….both well worth a visit. Would love to stay again.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay in this Kendal accommodation. The place was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend break. It felt like home, we didn’t miss a thing and fully enjoyed our time there. We used it as a base for hiking trips in the Lake District, and it was perfectly located for that. The town and all amenities are just a short walk away, which made everything easy and convenient. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

It is a beautiful house tucked around the corner from the main street. clear instructions left in the lounge of the house and local places to eat, walk etc. facilities were great and clean. couple of minutes to walk to the local shops, pubs etc and parking off the main road was a great feature. would happily stay again and recommend - does have a few creaky floor boards but adds to the houses character.

Lovely house with a fantastic patio area / walled private garden - we were lucky to have beautiful weather whilst there, and got to enjoy dinner in the peaceful garden both evenings. Family of 9 (adults and children) plus a small dog, and a perfect time was had by all. House was very clean, with lots of space for everyone. We would definitely return in the future.

The location was very good in that the centre was within walking distance with a choice of excellent restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

It was a great home to make our base to the Lakes. Windermere is about 45 mins drive. the house had more bedroom than we expected, decent kitchen, 3 bathrooms and local superstores about 4 minutes drive. Free on street parking may not be found always outside the house but never more than a minute's walk away. the small patio at the back was nice right outside the kitchen. Definately good value for money!

It was almost perfect for us all. We were trading at a Steampunk weekend held in the platform (the old railway station) & this was within a minute’s walk of the venue. Free parking available outside if you’re quick. Our friends staying with us were attending & arriving/leaving at different times, so not having to worry about keys was really important. Lookout was of the bay & stunning views. Spacious apartment with small details thought of. The 4 of us are used to each other as we stay at each others houses, but here there was no lock on the bathroom door & that was a minor issue for us & could be a major one for others staying here.

The property was a home from home. It was absolutely beautiful with an amazing garden and view. The property had everything we needed. The hosts communication was clear and proactive leaving no uncertainty about what to expect. The surrounding area is beautiful and the property itself very peaceful. Would definately stay again.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.

This was our first Air BnB stay! And what a great firat experiance for us 😃 Perfect location walking distance to everything we needed. The place was spotless. Comfy beds, great shower, it had everything we needed. Great little apartment and the kids had a great time. We had a wonderful weekend staying with friends in the beautiful Eden Valley. The apartment was absolutley spotless and exactly as described. The apartment is lovely and modern and had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Check in was smooth with Judith there to greet us and tell us about the apartment and local area. The apartment itself is located in a tranquil area, and looks directly out onto the neighbouring fields. It was calm, peaceful and exactly what we needed. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely place to stay, surprisingly quiet for the very centre of town, and with lots of shops and restaurants around. Parking was a little tricky but there were parking discs in the apartment which was helpful. Allison kindly let us get access a little early, which was brilliant. plenty of hot water, tea and coffee supplied. All in all a great stay.
