Monthly Rentals in Uffing am Staffelsee

The apartment is cozy and east facing; every morning the yellow blinds are lit nicely by the rising sun. The location is beautiful, and centrally located within Bavaria. The Tirolerhof itself is less than 10 minutes by bicycle from Uffing, and the host generously provided my wife and I with two bicycles; trains leave North to Munich and South toward Garmisch every hour, allowing easy day trips to every city in between (Eschenlohe, Farchant, Ohlstadt, Murnau, Weilheim etc). The entire area is incredibly green rolling hills, with the Alps rising above them, and full of natural lakes for swimming. Bridget and her family are so kind, and after a month stay, we will miss them dearly. We spent many evenings with them around the fire or having dinner. They let me work with them in the field, harvesting grass for the cows' bedding. When my wife was ill, Bridget drove her to a doctor she is personally friends with. Wonderful place, wonderful family, I can't recommend it enough.

Claudia is an excellent host and I always love staying at her Airbnb. The surroundings are simply magical; a walker's paradise. And the apartment itself is just as in the photos, with lovely firm, very comfortable mattress; good shower pressure; well appointed kitchen. I really appreciated use of the washer and dryer and the apartment is very nurturing. I highly recommend.

We stayed with Victoria and Karsten for a week. The apartment is very clean, cozy, stylish and furnished with attention to detail (USB multiple plug, charging option for cell phone on both sides of the bed, comfortable mattresses, lighting concept). The kitchen is above average well equipped. In advance, the hosts provided us with a travel guide, which inspired us to go on excursions even in rainy weather. On foot, you can reach the Moor-Lehrpfad [Moor Educational Trail] and the Hörnle-Bahn [Hörnle Cable Car] in about 10 minutes. In about 15 minutes you can walk to the town center (Café Wohlig & Feinkost Frank highly recommended!) or to the restaurant "Guggenberg-Alm". Communication with Victoria and Karsten was friendly and straightforward. We found them to be open, hospitable and interested, but by no means intrusive. So if you're looking for a starting point for excursions in all directions or a place to relax, this is the place to be!

Katrin's place is just worth every penny! Very quiet location and very nice neighborhood. The place is even nicer than in the pictures and so far the cleanest Air BnB we've been to. Everything was just perfect. A fully equipped kitchen where really nothing is missing. Very cozy and comfortably furnished, especially with the fireplace. Very easy check-in, everything described in detail and quickly accessible for inquiries (which actually can no longer arise). Private parking right in front of the property is also available. We will be happy to come back!
