This is the second time we stayed at Eren’s place. It is wonderful, so convenient and pleasant. Eren is the most gracious host you can imagine, and I just hope we get a chance to stay at her house again sometime!

Good responsive host. Would have liked to use the top floor which was closed off. House clean and modern, little bit cold in winter. For a month long stay and price, would have liked a weekly cleaning service included for the price. Bit expensive, but a good house and would use again. Many thanks.

Place is so big and good for large groups

We had a great stay at JJ House. Very clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. Close to the train stations for both metro and JR and close to shops. Almost on the river with beautiful cherry trees. Amazing all around.

Our group of 5 had a great time staying at Akira’s apartment! Although a little plain and removed from major tourist neighborhoods, it ultimately had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Would recommend for a group (5+ beds, 2 toilets, stocked with amenities). Quick walk to metro lines and convenience stores was also important for us. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful one week stay at Tsubasa’s lovely home. The neighborhood had all the conveniences, the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment is cute and clean. It’s in a quiet residential area with lots of grocery stores and food options nearby, and we liked having the kitchen and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. It was fun to not be in a touristy area but to see how locals live. The home is comfortable and the shower is great. It was a little chilly at first in the main living area but when we mentioned it (thought we might be doing the heat wrong) Tsubasa ordered us a space heater and it arrived that day. Temperature was perfect after that. This was a wonderful home base to explore around Tokyo. Thank you Tsubasa!

This was our 3rd trip to Japan. First time kids love the place of stay because of enough space and fun time at home.

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay at this Air BnB. The neighborhood was a great central location for us that was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the big neighborhoods. There were many grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed playing Mario golf during our down time. The stairs are a bit narrow and steep but understandable for this type of home.

Since it was a park near the accommodation, it was so nice to be able to see the flowers in April when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, and there were many places to shop nearby such as Don Quijote and Parco, and there was also a Disneyland shuttle, so I just loved the location, so I enjoyed Tokyo so well.♡ And Kotaro recommended nearby cafes, cherry blossom spots, and responded quickly to my inquiries, so I had a more comfortable trip before heading out. If I travel to Tokyo again next time, I will choose Kotaro's place again! I had a great trip to Tokyo. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Kou’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described, the amenities within the apartment were great and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. Transport links were great too, thank you!

Very nice home modern, well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable, i loved that she put all the most modern equipment, washer, dryer, shower everything you need and 3 minute walk to a “family mart” store, thanks so much for sharing this perfect hone

Great accommodation! The apartment is tidy, convenient and well-equipped. What I like the most is the location, which is close to the train station and takes short time to get to the center part of Tokyo. Plus, everything we need including refrigerator, microwave and iron is provided. Strong recommended for a group trip!

Cozy, serene flat in a hip and vibrant neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Billy was super responsive. The shower was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the flat was super quiet despite all of the hustle and bustle. It definitely has the charm of an artist's space.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Friendly for family. A lot of space for our 4 member of family. Clean, aircond , washing machine, hair dryer, water heater all work well. Near to aeon mini market, drug store, super market & Don quijote near koiwa station. Mr. Gang is very responsive & kind he allow us to check in 1 hour earlier & help us call a taxi. Tq sir we have a pleasant stay at your house

Our family had a comfortable stay at this place. The location is super convenient with easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The apartment was brand new, spotless, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, very helpful and quick to respond to our request. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here with a big family of 8 (with 2 kids). Overall, the home was very nice, had all the the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Good location, right near Ikebukuro Subway Station, there is a lot of food around, the house has a large three-story building, suitable for many people to stay, the decoration is very cozy, and the cosmetic mirror is also thoughtfully provided

Ayaka had great and fast communication and helped us with everything we needed! The house was so clean and the beds were very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood right next to train station and restaurants. Great place! Highly recommend and Ayaka was incredibly nice. My friend left her belt and Ayaka even shipped it to our next hotel for her! WOW What a service! Thank you for a great experience!
