Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

I made a reservation when I first visited Tokyo on a family trip. The accommodation was tidy, and the feedback was quick and good. However, the only downside was that the distance to the convenience store or the station (for children and adults alike) was a bit of a downside, but it was perfect.There was a vending machine in front, but it was a little difficult because I had heavy luggage until I got in. But it was a residential area, so it was quiet, comfortable, and really nice.

Wonderful place to stay that is very close to a couple good restaurants and convience stores. A couple minutes additional walk to a Don Quijote. The train station is close but with luggage it is around a 15 minute walk unless you are walking at a brisk pace. Stairs in the house are fairly steep. No major complaints, though. Clean place and feels safe. Great host, very responsive and helpful even at early hours. Booked this place for our first and last leg in Japan and would do it again.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights near Kita Akabane Station and had a great experience. This was my second time staying in this station. Specifically, the location was super convenient—there were plenty of markets nearby, which made it easy to grab fresh food and essentials for my family. Not to mention, the station itself is well-connected, so getting to other parts of Tokyo was really smooth and hassle-free. As far as the neighborhood is concerned, it was quiet yet lively with local charm. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located base for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is calm and quiet. Everything in the house was perfect. 10 minutes walk to the metro.

Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

The place was a prime location of Tokyo and very near to the Tokyo tower and Akiabhara. Overall a very nice stay. We just lived there for a day but recommended.

We stayed here with a big family of 8 (with 2 kids). Overall, the home was very nice, had all the the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

In one word - fantastic. Great host. Lots of support. Very communicative. They sent a document ahead of time that was helpful. The house - wow. Lots of space for a place in Tokyo. The rooms were very clean. They provided towels. The rooms were spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to good restaurants and convenience stores. Laundromat was just around the block. I would absolutely come back. This is what you hope an AirBnB will be.

We had a great stay! Feels very residential, but close to a 7 eleven and a 10-15 min walk to the metro stations. Our group of 5 (incl two kids) had a good time. Would stay again.

Qiaoling was the BEST host we ever had! She is passionate in providing the best stay for her guests. She was so responsive and helped to cater to our needs. She helped to transport our luggages to and from the train station, provided fruits, drinks, ice cream, snacks, etc for us! She went above and beyond what is expected from a host. The accommodation itself was extremely clean and functional. She provided all the toiletries and supplies. It’s like staying in a hotel but better! It was a short 8 minute walk to the JR Koiwa station, which we used everyday. Location was perfect in that it was close to 2 grocery stores and lots of stores and restaurants. There was also a direct bus (SS07) that took us to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea from the JR Koiwa station bus terminal. It did take an hour but the best part was that it had no transfers so we were able to take an hour nap to and from Disney, which was wonderful!! 1000% recommend! Thank you so much Qiaoling! We didn’t want to leave!
