I stayed at Ernestino's house with my family and we had a great time. The place is really nice, with a large patio perfect for spending time together and enjoying as a family. It also has direct access to the lagoon, which made our stay even more special. Ernestina was an exceptional host, always attentive to our needs and making sure everything was in perfect condition. The kitchen is fully stocked, which allowed us to prepare our meals without a problem. Another point worth mentioning is the internet, which worked wonderfully. This was key for me, as I was able to do my career work without any problems while the rest of the family enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely come back.

great communication , modern construction, super clean. location is walkable to ferry and down town. only food store we could find was oxxo. if you had a car no issues. Our taxi driver said the area was a little rough north of our street so we stuck to the market n roads.

We spent a month at this location. The view was great. Pool was clean and well maintained by Gilberto. It’s open to the public Friday to Sunday. Never more than 30 people. Closed by 7 pm to public. The loft was exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfy. Gilberto changed the sheets and provided new towels every Thursday. The kitchen was limited for utensils to cut and cook with so we picked up a few items from the Walmart and left them there. As well as a couple of big glasses for some cold beers 😁 Gilberto was wonderful to deal with. He arranged a manicure /pedicure at the loft For me. Also found prices of tours in the area and prices to rent kayaks. He is meticulous with cleaning the pool and takes great pride of managing the pool. We rented a car in chetumal. There is safe parking at the loft. We traveled some weekends to Bacalar and Mahahual. Also some day trips to Xul ha. Have some Spanish knowledge or google translate Not much English

We enjoyed the accommodation.clair,clean with its balcony outside. Matches the description. 30 minutes from the center by walking quietly. Leaving the accommodation an en primeur who sells fruit and vegetables. a small grocery store.Bernardo is a discreet, friendly and responsive person. he welcomed us very warmly. i recommend it.
