Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed lying area 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel cot for 3rd person if necessary. A sunny, spacious apartment furnished in a modern style incl. Kitchen, separate bedroom with a double bed and in addition. Sofa bed (at Res. 3 pers., shower and private terrace. In order to offer our guests the best possible rest, we deliberately do without a TV. The city center, Lake Constance and shopping are within walking distance. Important: Tourist tax 3.30€ per P/night to be paid on arrival. Vacation home is not suitable for craftsmen.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen.
