The space is very good! It was very clean, comfortable and very complete in relation to utensils!

Everything was perfect, Mônica was a very attentive and kind host, the apartment is impeccable, well organized, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, I had no problem with anything. It's in the Top 1, best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. I'll be back more often.

The apartment is perfect, very clean and organized. There is a lot of things, enough utensils, I just missed a cutting board, needing to use the dishes to do this and sometimes I was afraid to break it. Other than that, I only had trouble getting in, because the keys I was delivered did not have the one that opened the entrance gate. We stayed from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. trying to talk to the host, until after we spoke to the Airbnb center, one of them answered us and provided the necessary assistance. The bad thing about this is that we had to pay for a room in another hotel because we had already given up talking to them and we just wanted a bath and sleep, and only after that we responded. So we had an extra cost that was not foreseen and unfortunately we will have no return of that amount in any way. Outside this process and headache as soon as we arrived from the trip, the stay was very good. OBS: The internet was falling off a lot and didn't upload even YouTube video at times.

Apt with full kitchen, microwave, excellent stove. washing machine. has no air-conditioning but has humidifier and fan. good shower, large quantity although when fully connected does not keep the water very hot. me as nothing gets in the way. apt is on the second floor with few stairs. spacious garage but uncovered, 24hrs concierge.

I recommend it to everyone! Wagner responded quickly and always Willing to assist us.

The experience was great! Leonardo was very helpful, communicative, polite and available at all times if we had any questions! The apartment is impeccable, everything is clean, smells good, linens, closets with some hangers. Well located, near Pátio do Sabia, which has a bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, close to Center Shopping, all very accessible. The stay was really worth it, I recommend it without a doubt.

Very nice room, as in the photos and description. The building is very new and the common accommodations are very good. The gym is good for those who like to work out and the pool is very clean too. I would host again without a doubt.
