Apartment vacation rentals in Ubatuba

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

The loft is perfect for two people, practical and functional. The location is perfect! Near the beach and with several shops nearby. Commune with Lucas as well, super helpful and ready to help.

The apartment is like the photos, 1/2 block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, market.! Very clean and quite. We had an amazing time! Thank you Silvio!

Very cute place and by the beach! It was super clean and organized. I loved the practicality, even small, I had everything we need. It is 2 blocks from Ubatuba beach, in an area that has a restaurant that caters to the waterfront and parasol/chairs to rent. It has a bakery with colonial coffee on the avenue. I'll come back more often

Our experience in this apartment was great. Extremely clean place, when we arrived it was very smelling and well set up. It is a large and very cozy place, besides being very quiet and safe. Anifitrião always responded very quickly and politely. Myself and my family when we have the opportunity we want to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

our stay in the apartment was great, super well renovated with good beds, air-conditioning, everything new and comfortable. Excellent location of caioba, has a bakery next door, and a market right on the back street, also close to the best food trucks to eat at night. it has everything from the best very close proximity, ice cream, to go to the beach very close by. Rodrigo responds well and informs the smallest details. the umbrellas are great and save money when you get there on the beach

The accommodation was great—clean, comfortable, and just as depicted in the photos. However, the check-in process was not very smooth. We had to wait for the host to bring bed linens and towels, and the full setup wasn’t completed until nearly 9 p.m., which was inconvenient after a long day of travel. On a positive note, the host was responsive and eventually resolved the issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there is definitely room for improvement in the check-in experience.
