excellent Studio for a couple to come anytime. has everything you need for a great stay, complete kitchen with everything you need, barbecue with accessories, all very comfortable, glued to the beach (but without the inconvenience of the sand inside the house). fantastic place, worth 100% investment.

Our second stay at Wagner's home was just as delightful as the first! The private and tranquil neighborhood, close proximity to beaches, and sense of security added to our enjoyment. The comfortable interior, complete with air conditioning for hot days, and the convenience of an outdoor barbecue made our stay truly relaxing. The spacious front yard was perfect for our children to play in. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The apartment is super comfortable, beautiful and was impeccably sanitized. Bed linen was very comfortable, which made all the difference to our rest. The site is complete, with all the appliances we need, and we didn't miss anything during the stay. And it's close to the beach, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Also, the host's service was exceptional. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The Sobradinho is impeccable! The villa quietly accommodates four people, with a super cozy décor. The well-equipped kitchen and the hostess is a sweet! Katia made no effort to make our vacation better! The bathroom is on the ground floor, which can make it difficult for people with reduced mobility. But if this is not a problem for you, we highly recommend this beautiful sobradinho!!!

I went with my family and we love the environment, the place is beautiful, very broad ground, the home is super cozy and very clean. We had a bit of difficulty finding the house, as the GPS sent us to a different place, but the host Renan answered us right away and told us where it was and we found it right away. We love the experience and will be back for sure.

It is located on a beautiful spot, at the foot of a mountain at the end of the street. Surrounding with a lot of nature and birds that you will be able to contemplate. In Bahia da Babitonga which is a few meters from the house you can go out to observe the islands. We took kayaks and were able to sail peacefully between the islands, a lush beauty. A few kilometers from the house is the trail of Canta Galo, a climb to an altitude of 500 meters where it is possible to observe a good part of Bahia and also the city of Joinville. On the trail we saw monkeys, in addition to a very preserved vegetation and many birds.

Paula's place is just perfect. In addition to being extremely beautiful, cozy, super functional, it still makes available a plethora of items to be used and leave its most incredible days, only by cutting board there were about 10, only in a pot of clay tbm plus about 10. Tem kept to use outside, hammock, repellent, games, balls, racket... My deux, it's a lot of stuff in this amazing house. We didn't just use the pool because it was cold, but we did fire every day, in the indoor fireplace, outside, on the stove. One of the complete toilets is facing the pool, so inside the house are only 2 bathrooms. Access is easy, has a very close Komprão, Paula responds super fast. The deck that goes to the bay is super well maintained and the view is beautiful. One of the best houses I've stayed in those 10 years hosting on this platform.

The arrival at the house was extremely pleasant, we were greeted by Mrs. Adélia, was extremely friendly and attentive, showed us the whole house and explained the rules of lodging. As we arrive, we will be surprised by the hosts (including, I thank you here). The house is the same as the photos, very cozy. The living room is a super delicious environment, has TV (where we watch Netflix and YouTube), an internet is great, not to mention the super comfortable sofa. The kitchen is super equipped, with a blender, electronic kettle, air fryer, microwave, electric oven, cellar… outside the crockery, for those who like to cook will certainly be a differential. The rooms (two) are very comfortable, have air conditioning; apart from the fact that hosts leave blankets, pillows and towels available. Location is great, has market and pharmacy nearby . The accommodation met all our needs and still supplied them. We will definitely stay again .

I was staying in this house with my husband and we had a great experience. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are wonderful, super polite and very attentive people. In particular, André was always concerned if we were in need of anything. Anyway, it was great and we'll definitely be back soon.

Rodrigo's place is perfect, cozy as described in the listing. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, not to mention that the access to the beach is very easy, practically on the sand lol it is very worth it, we will definitely come back more often.
