Vacation rentals with beach access in Twente

A beautiful little place to stay. Very clean and tidy. We lacked nothing, we will come back. Very centrally located and you could walk to everything easily.

The apartment was very beautiful and tidy, in a beautiful neighborhood. Peter very kind and willing to help me with a change I requested. I recommend it.

Maurits and his wife are lovely and welcoming people. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Maurits who immediately gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment is located under their detached house on the water which was really great. The space is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were able to enjoy a nice Brabant's sausage roll and a bottle of wine. We quickly felt at home, which is always important to us. The living room is large, large bed nice kitchen and a separate shower room with a washer-dryer. The only thing was that there was only one window where the light could come in. This was no problem for us, especially not because the living space was large and we actually didn't suffer from this. We were allowed to use the jetty and the conservatory overlooking the water. We felt really welcome what a nice side effect of our stay was. We would like to come back in the future.

Very cozy and especially clean home. The location is great! Right in the city center, so close to everything. The owner can easily reach you and responds quickly to messages, because we had booked a few days. We will definitely recommend this home to others!!

We had a wonderful weekend in Andreas' two houses. Communication was excellent – Andreas was always available and very helpful. The houses are stylishly furnished and well equipped, so nothing is missing. A small note for future guests: Towels, bed linens, dish towels and toilet paper must either be brought yourself or rented/bought on site. We didn't know that from other Airbnbs, but it doesn't detract from the quality of the accommodation. For a weekend, it can be a bit cumbersome to bring everything, but for a longer stay, it's no problem. We were particularly impressed by the free rental of the canoe! Directly from the garden you can start on the water and explore the lake – a real highlight. We also loved the cozy hammock on the first floor, where you can relax, read or simply enjoy the view. Overall, a really nice place.

Amazing location for nature lovers, Mia is a fantastic host, she is there to help and solve your requests. We were 3 adults and a 3 months baby it was a delightful vacation. We’re certainly looking forward to come back

Our stay in this beautiful, idyllic farmhouse was just perfect. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The breakfast was a dream, lovingly prepared and incredibly delicious with attention to detail. Johan and Imi were very friendly, attentive and always there for us. It was a real pleasure to be here, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Thank you for this wonderful time!

The house was as described. Stayed here with 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of space. It was very clean like the bathroom and floors and there was no dust to be found. Also in October we could enjoy the terrace. There are also fun games, books and movies available. From the house you can walk in Lemmer or towards the Brekken. Nice host Evert is very pleasant in communication.

the cottage is top! Lots of facilities for children, the garden is beautiful. Everything was great, we spent a lot of time outside in April! Everything is everything!

Sandra and Thijs were nice hosts, who welcomed us warmly and gave nice tips for the area. The ground floor is wonderfully spacious. Upstairs is a little tighter (clearly in the listing), but turned out to be good enough for us as a group of friends of 7. We enjoyed the garden overlooking the old church and the quiet, beautiful surroundings. In short, recommended!

Very nice place, very clean, ideally located, and the place is as described. Definitely recommend! Communcation with the owners is very smooth. The hottub definitely adds value to the home. Everything is very well explained to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

The place was very clean and tidy and had all the facilities for a relaxing stay and every comfort. We all enjoyed our stay there and are satisfied. The price was also very reasonable and, most importantly, Mr. Heerlijke Huyzen answers your questions quickly and can solve your accommodation problem.

The hosts Gjis and Sophie were very sweet. If we had any questions, they were immediately available and the location was great. Free parking was right outside the door and also a Spar right next door. The beach was a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity were also restaurants. Quick access to the highway. The apartment left nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and was lovingly furnished. It was also great that you could connect your smartphone or similar multimedia devices directly to the TV. All in all a nice place and we would definitely come back! Julia and Tommy

Very nice hosts, accommodating and helpful. Great, clean room with balcony in which we felt very comfortable. Beautiful and interesting location. We can only recommend the place and the host.

Ace's place is perfectly located, close to the river, delicious restaurants and shopping. Ace was very responsive in communicating, helpful and friendly. The flat has a balcony which was very peaceful to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Bed was comfortable and we were toasty warm. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.
