Close to Pieterpad, the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen. Between fields and in a beautiful backdrop, where hikers and cyclists can fully enjoy. But you can also relax and unwind in your own yard, on the terrace or in the grass with hammocks, sun loungers, picnic table, fruit trees, flowers, birds, sheep pasture and circling chickens.

Modern guesthouse including sauna. Beautifully located in the outskirts of Enschede. In the middle of nature and yet also close to the built-up area. Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling tours in 't Twentse land. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house has all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher have been thought of.

Our holiday home built in Saxon style was completely renovated in 2019, everything is new and tastefully decorated and equipped with a lot of luxury.
