Stunning cabin with the most amazing views over the water. Really nice, clean and minimalist design; the separate bedroom cabin is cosy and benefits from an even more impressive view. The hot-tub was great and we used it several times in our October stay - lovely, even in the rain! Don’t be put off by the approach which is through an Industrial area. Perhaps if we had see known this we may not have considered this cabin, and that would have been a shame, because once we were in the cabin, it was of no consequence. Even outside (in the hot-tub) there was only an occasional very quiet hum. This is somewhere we may well come back to.

Rune is an outstanding host - very helpful, proactive and friendly. He stayed up until 11 pm as we were delayed, he even took us for a beautiful tour of Finabotn on his new boat. He was always available making us feel at home. The house and its location is terrific, the furniture is top notch and every single detail is well thought of. If you’re thinking about booking this do it without hesitation as it will be a top memorable destination for us.

Mari's place is a hidden gem. Absolutely lovely string of tiny old farmhouses in a vista with a stunning view. Steeped in history, scrupulously clean, thoughtfully decorated. Stunning hikes (some of the best we found in Norway) with trails right out the back door. Charming, cozy, lovely, warm -- and the views go on for miles. Mari is an especially gracious host and was an amazing source of history about the farm and the area. We loved our stay -- and will never forget our time here.

We had a wonderful stay in Aurland. It was the perfect spot to watch the Northern lights from the balcony overlooking the Fjord!

Staying at Otilie's place was the highlight of our stay in Flåm and what we will remember most about our trip across Scandinavia. Arriving at the house a fire was already burning to welcome us and really punctuate what the space provided. We didn't go to Flåm to do to much but relax and slow down the pace of our travels and honestly the trip wouldn't have been the same without this place. We started every morning and ended each day with a fire and didn't have the feeling we needed to go anywhere or see anything else beyond what we could from the huge windows. We felt truly blessed to have such an amazing place to stay because we could sit for hours and just watch the day pass and it was impossibly hard to leave such a relaxing and peaceful spot. If you want a clean, clutter free space that is cozy and comfortable and provides the best view in Flåm then you absolutely don't want to miss the opportunity to stay here. I could go on and on but simply put it was perfect!

It was a return stay... what more to say, we really, really, really like this place.

Short one night, but wonderful stay at Sara's tiny house. It was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Sara responded quickly to requests. This home also has a gorgeous view!

We had a great time staying at Helen's place. The house has a beautiful view of the nature and the mountains, the sheep and cows from the neighboring farm found our daughter very exciting. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We will come back anytime!
