We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. Note: The boat is now on land for the winter.
