We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.

This is a fantastically beautiful house with a stunning view. Everything in the house works perfectly. I stayed here with my three kids, and they loved the numerous toys available, especially the Nerf guns and water pistols. The medium-sized trampoline in the garden was great for keeping my energetic boys busy, and there is a playground with swings just outside the door, with another playground within walking distance. For the price of a hotel room, you get an entire beautiful, modern house with two roof terraces. What's not to love? Additionally, Carl and Mari responded quickly to all our requests. Fantastic experience!

The house is large, with several zones and not least very nicely decorated. All necessary equipment is available both in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry/nook. We had a great time and will be happy to come back later if possible.
