A great location for a large group. The house is in a quiet neighborhood alongside a number of embassies, and the house itself is pretty private. The outdoor space is beautiful (the listing doesn't have a good picture of the pool, but it's a great size), the kitchen is easy to use (though there were no tea towels), and the rooms are comfortable. Will was a very responsive and accommodating host.

Good place. Great kitchen and modern touches. Peaceful and quiet. Need own transport. Single bed in each of two bedrooms, one with trundle. Unheated swimming pool. BBQ was not inviting. Apart from these things, a nice stay.

We needed a space to accommodate a couple families for a weekend that was big enough and close enough to a wedding we were attending. This place was perfect, it ticked all the boxes. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend and book again if traveling that way again.

We had the opportunity to stay at Adrian’s place overnight in Canberra. The place is exactly as described and has everything we needed for a good night’s sleep. Adrian was proactive and flexible with check-in, providing clear instructions to access the property. However, since we arrived after dinner and there was no street light, we had difficulty finding the letterbox and entrance. This was not Adrian’s fault, just a design aspect of the house. Adrian’s place is very cozy and comfortable. The owner has traveled a lot around the world and has decorated the house beautifully. We really enjoyed our one night home away from home and will certainly visit again.

The place is great, and Sadeepa was an excellent host. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and there’s heaps available within a short walk.

Great location, pets allowed but evidence of past pet accidents made the place feel less clean.

We were coming down for our own conference held at the National Convention Center. This was an exemption location for us as it is really just 10 min walking distance away. It is also very close to other amenities in the city. It was a bit tricky from getting the key to logging into the apartment complex when you are not driving. (still everything is in walking distance, however, not very easy is you are carrying luggage and it is dark). finally worked it out though. Overall, very spacious apartment, feeling host has been putting efforts in getting your stay pleasant. If you ask me will i come and visit again? yes I will. One extra note is the apartment is just 10 mins walk away from Floriade (it is a bonus).

Great place! Nice decor only the ceiling doesn't match since it's not painted yet. Lynn was nice- security conscious so make sure you check in at the time you say you will and not early like me otherwise the key might not be there! There's 2 underground parking spots but it's abit tight. Lock to front door is abit funny so be careful, Lynn does stay in the room next to you though. Stove wasn't working at the time so a hotplate was provided which was good. All other appliances (kettle, mini fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster & microwave) were working and new. Everything was clean. Outside balcony was a good place to sit and eat/relax otherwise there is a small desk inside that will seat one. Queen bed was comfortable. Bathroom immaculate. TV is in front of the bed and keep in mind that there's no sofa so if you want to watch a show, you'll have to do it on the bed.

The apartment worked well for us, it made getting around to see the sights easy. The apartment was very comfortable.

We felt right at home! The view from the terrace is gorgeous, such a peaceful morning breakfast spot. Plenty of great restaurants are a leisurely walk around the corner. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated!

Spectacular unit with beautiful location and views overviewing Glebe Park. Very near shopping and restaurants within 5-minute walk! Unit has very comfortable furniture with well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and enjoying inside or on balcony. Building amenities with a pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, and gym were wonderful. Assigned parking under building easy to come and go. Definitely would stay again!!!
