We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

the house and the view were very nice, but the path we got lost every night is incredibly difficult. I will stay for a holiday, I would stay perfectly, but walking around is a bit inconvenient car basement 30-35minute bitter heavenly dark basement every day. Everything was very good about the house and its amenities. But everything about the house and its amenities was very good. The utku brain family took care of us, especially a very naive elegant person, no matter how many hours, we called without checking. We did not have a scout.

The house was delivered very clean, a pleasant house where a family can stay comfortably , offering an even bigger space with its covered terrace.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

The apartment is new and is located in a quiet location. The accommodation contains all the amenities you could need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had an incredible stay at Solt Suites Bodrum—a true hidden gem in Turgutreis! The location is unbeatable: right on the beachfront with direct access to a private beach, offering stunning sea views from our suite's spacious balcony. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Evi is sooooo nice and friendly and kind and always happy to talk and help. The location is beautiful, there are a lot of possibilities to sit on the terrace and enjoy the sea view or sunset. Restaurants and a supermarket are a few minutes walk away, as is the shore. Personally, I struggled with the fridge compressor noises but this is in every accomodation that has amenities like that (I also hate air conditioning etc.- I sleep with headphones on vacation on principle now). general info: Not the ideal city in general if you come by normal car (there is a parking lot close-by that is ok, but depending on where you want to go within the city/cities, GoogleMaps is not your friend, it will try to send you through back alleys made for Smarts, Aygos and scooters) :P Tap water not drinkable! But easy lesson learned upon first contact with it because it is almost as salty as the sea.

We had a wonderful stay in Anamne Zia. The sunset views were stunning. We were able to find some great restaurants in Zia, Fofi gave us good recommendations. The complex is beautifully designed, clean, quiet and well maintained with a lot of love. Thank you for everything!

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

WOW. This place is stunning, we're already planning a return trip as soon as possible. Probably the most beautiful pool/view combo I've ever experienced, along with an exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked Airbnb. Communication was excellent, and I can't think of anything to improve on at all. If you're thinking of booking, do it.

A short 25 minute car ride from the airport lies the beautiful and spacious home, near the heart of the village of Zia. We were personally greeted by Dimitris and he showed us the house. The kitchen had all the equipment for our needs. The bedroom had a double bed and enough closet space for our stuff. The garden is also big and has multiple areas to sit down and relax. You can even park your car behind an automatic gate. Last but not least we really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of climbing the nearby mountain. Because the house is so close to the center of Zia you can literally walk 5 minutes to where all the Taverna's and shops are. Have something to eat and drink and just walk back to the house. No worries about being the designated driver. We had great contact with the host and he responded very quickly and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. A beautiful authentic house with all the modern comforts one would need. Beautiful view from the garden and jacuzzi. The grill and pizza oven experience was great. Amazing location with walking distance to Zia and it's shops/restaurants. Γεώργιος’s was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. We can't wait to be back!

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon
