The apartment is old but super spacious, excellent for larger families. The location is very good, close to the mall and with bakery and restaurants nearby. Camila is very solicitous and kind. We love the stay.

My stay at Flat do Alaor was great, it's the way it is in the photos, it served me well, in addition to being very comfortable, the pool is heated through sunlight, I found the most! Kitchen very complete with utensils. Alaor from the beginning always proactive and kind, removing all my doubts, in addition to having managed to flex my chek-in and chek-out which was of the utmost importance to me, I will come back more often for sure!

Excellent stay on Ryan's kitnet. Ryan always catered to me quickly and very sympathetically. Place exactly as advertised. Easy to access location, close to supermarkets, restaurant and square with options of bars and quick snacks. We were very well served there. Returning to Araraquara, it will definitely be a place of choice in the stay.

Apartamento Top, very cozy, found it very large, air-conditioned, clean and organized, all perfect!!! Township to Thermas dos Laranjais, market close by, Burguer King in the hotel structure, nearby Mc Donald, market and pharmacy nearby and several restaurants nearby tb. And the host Felipe, note 10 gave us all the attention and provided us with a wonderful apartment, we recommend and we'll be back for sure!!!
