Large 3 Bedroom retreat with Sauna & Hot Tub!!

We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 52 miles to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed (please let us know if you need the air bed in advance) , also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs*

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious! Jeri was very accommodating for our needs of an earlier check-in time, and always quickly responsive and friendly in every communication. The fully stocked kitchen is impressive!

Very beautiful property. We are familiar with the area. Water access and toys are great; the extra gas fire table by the water is awesome for evenings. Clean, large enough for everyone to find personal space, and have fun gatherings with everyone. Owners were very communicative when we had questions. Will definitely stay there again for one of @liveatandres concerts next year! We really appreciated it!

Needless to say this was a very good experience! Check in was super easy! The place was very well kept and is very spacious! The bed was super comfy!!! His wife was very helpful and friendly I literally felt like I was at my grandparents place! It just felt like home! But the icing on the cake for me was when we came into our room. We looked on the dresser and there was a birthday card for my gf! I thought this gesture was super sweet and thoughtful! If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! Thank you for being such wonderful people! The world needs more Airbnb’s like this!

Perfect spot for a solo stay in Spokane. Super convenient location -- in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a ~10 minute walk to the grocery store and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for a quick ride downtown. Hosts were responsive and friendly (and their dog is perfect). Room is cozy and kitchen is well-equipped with any cooking utensils and spices/seasonings one might want. I really appreciated that the refrigerator and cupboards had designated storage areas for each guest room in the house. Kitty was very communicative and check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Overall, highly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again during my next trip to Spokane!
