Amalia’s home is the perfect blend of charm and convenience. It’s very conveniently located to downtown Tilcara and has been updated with modern appliances but still retains the historic charm of its past. However, Amalia’s responsiveness and friendliness is really what makes this home stand out. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful accommodation and great location for visiting the area! The property is very large with a garden and a veranda to make an asado... everything to enjoy! Go there with your eyes closed. A little cold during the nights but with 3 blankets we managed to warm up. The rooms overlooking the streets are poorly soundproofed so think about traffic jams.

We loved our stay at Franciscos! The hosts were extremely nice and helpful during the entire stay and before! The house had a beautiful view with a big window, table and chairs outside to sit and relax. Everything was very clean and the bathroom had a nice shower and running water, and a very easy to use and fresh dry toilet! We did the llama walk in the morning which I would highly recommend. It was super fun walking the llamas and Francisco was super nice and fun, and we talked about a lot of interesting things, and he told us about the area and its history and culture. The breakfast we got was also very nice and we enjoyed it outside watching the beautiful nature. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I am ever in Maimará again I will for sure stay here again!

Juan Jose's place is beautiful. You are surrounded by the mountains and the place itself is just perfect. It's walkable to the center and you have a bunch of little shops and restaurants around. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay in Zoras apartment! We completely fell in love with the whole apartment, but mostly the amazing view from the terrace where we spent a lot of time. It has a panoramic view of Tilcara and the mountains, and a lot of sun hours to enjoy. The apartment had everything you need. Zora was extremely helpful, welcoming and kind! She answered fast and gave recommendations on everything from activities to restaurants. She was also super flexible with the check-in and check-out which was very kind. She welcomed us with a happy and helpful energy which set the tone for the stay. The location is great as it is walking distance to the lively city center of Tilcara but still offers calm and the great view! Would definitely recommend living here and if I am ever in Tilcara again I will for sure live here again!

Beautiful cabin, with everything you need. The host is also super friendly and gives amazing recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough and I definitely would be staying there again
