Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

This adobe casita is named for its interior ceiling made of Saguaro ribs, or "latillas" which were a building material of choice before wood and metal became more readily available with the arrival of the railroads in the 1880's. West Tucson Guesthouse

This is a detached studio guesthouse that is approximately 280 sq. ft in size. It shares a porch with our main house but it has good privacy. It has a very comfortable queen size bed with 680 thread-count Pima cotton linens. The place is decorated minimally and tastefully with custom furniture and original artwork. It has great views and It also comes with a parking space. It was renovated in 2021 with new paint, (floor & walls) and new countertop.
