Had a lovely stay at Udo’s apartment. We are two adults with two late teen boys and found the apartment suited us perfectly. Very comfortable, clean accommodation with lots of amenities. Well located very near to the lake side with swimming pool, restaurants etc. Also walking distance to very nice lakeside bar. Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation for a family vacation.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was decent and functional, and I especially loved having a bathtub—it was such a nice touch! The heating system was great, as we could adjust it to our liking, which made the place feel extra cozy. The location was also a big plus—it’s within walking distance of the lake, and the neighborhood is super calm and peaceful. We appreciated having private parking, which made things so convenient. The balcony is amazing and really big, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it due to the rainy weather. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and relaxing getaway!

Martina’s place feels like home. Everything is perfect and the location is amazing. Close to the train station, stores and everything Ulm has to offer. The house is absolutely beautiful and in front of a canal. The view is gorgeous and the apartment has everything you need for your stay. I definitely recommend Martina’s place and I hope to come back in the future! Martina is an excellent host and very kind!

Beautiful apartment, well located you can get to the historic center by train ( the stop is 1 minute away )by bus or on foot 15 minutes. Clean and very well equipped apartment, supermarket nearby. Wifi works great Karin responds quickly when you ask. I recommend this host and their property

Andreas’s house is very pleasant! We find everything to cook. There is a parking garage. WiFi is good. The rooms, bed and mattress are good! Bathroom is good and shower is very good too.

I can recommend the place with a very clear conscience. It is clean, everything you need is there, exactly as described. Benjamin responded very quickly and shared all the information you need. Check-in was possible earlier by arrangement and worked great. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. By car, it's also only 15 minutes to Lake Constance. Great host, great area.

The accommodation has been very clean. We all 3 had very good space. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils as well as plenty of dishes. The living room is very comfortably furnished. We had a very nice stay here. Isolde is a very friendly, likeable person who is always available and takes time for her guests. All in all great stay with good-hearted hosts. Thank you. Our stay at Maik's place was just perfect! The location was very quiet, the amenities left nothing to be desired, and everything was spotlessly clean. Particularly noteworthy is the warm hospitality – we felt welcome from the first moment. The accommodation was decorated with a lot of love for detail and offered everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The surroundings also delighted us: there were numerous leisure opportunities and beautiful nature right outside the door. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place is definitely a gem: cozy, clean, quiet. In addition, the kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped, you have free and uncomplicated access to the wellness, swimming and sauna area, which is also very clean. In addition, there is the possibility of a free parking space and in nature you are also in zero-comma nothing. Diane is always available, super friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend the apartment and will certainly come back.

In short, we can only agree with the enthusiastic comments of the previous guests!! From the first moment we felt in the beautiful apartment "sauwohl". It is actually thought of the very smallest detail, which made the stay for a weekend extra special for us. The entire organization for arrival, use of the apartment as well as the other amenities of the resort was just perfect, not to mention the spectacular views from the balcony.
