We would highlyrecommend Eyleen and Annette were very welcoming. In the apartment there are plenty of delicate touches, we felt pampered. 😊 Lots of little details that make you feel good in this apartment. And its vintage look even gives it a little extra 🙂 The neighborhood is quiet, we are close to the lake and the small city center is within walking distance in a few minutes. Thanks again to our hosts!

Very nice and spacious apartment, equipped with anything necessary for our stay with 5 adults. Kitchen equipment also very good. Very clean, nice view, quiet location. Unfortunately, we could not use a great terrace due to the weather. Communication very friendly with handling feedback. Shopping within walking distance. No elevator available - good training for us, but should be observed in case of walking disabilities. We are happy to recommend.

We were in the apartment for a week-long family vacation (with two boys 8 and 11 years old). We liked it very much from the beginning, especially because of the location, which allowed us to swim briefly in the lake in the warm and beautiful summer weather and then to be back in the apartment after a short walk. The view from the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is simply and practically furnished and also very clean, there was everything we needed. The children loved our table grill evening on the terrace. The walking distance to the shops was also very convenient, we became regulars at the bakery and the ice cream shop (which has very creative and mega fine varieties). The bicycles also had space in the lockable garage, so we could take them from home and use them for smaller and larger excursions. The guest cards that you receive are also very practical.

It was a nice experience and the booking was at a last minute call which was accepted by the host pretty fast! The vintage look was unique. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy.

We had an unforgettable time here. We have been warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was family-like and for our daughter (soon 5 years), the garden, the toys, the bed with surprising starry sky and most importantly, the children of the host family who quickly became playmates and friends, the most beautiful. We were able to do something great in the area every day and yet it was just as nice to come back to the apartment. Stella and Tobi were just such great hosts. Always friendly, always helpful and with honest interest in making us feel comfortable there. For our small family, it was the perfect choice here to treat yourself to a break from everyday stress, relax and just spend a nice time. The APARTMENT was immaculately clean, information material about the area available, superbly furnished for children and also otherwise first-class equipped. Thank you

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, practically furnished, beautiful bird concert all day around the house, spa and Lake Constance very close. Überlingen is easily accessible on foot. Loved it!

We had a great week in Hemmenhofen, where we completed our Lake Constance sailing license. The apartment was within walking distance of the sailing school and the water - perfect location for us. Only shopping opportunities were a bit scarce on the Höri. By car, however, it was no problem. The apartment itself was great. Only the kitchen was a bit older, but well equipped and everything worked. Glad to come back ☺️

We had a great weekend in this great place! We lacked nothing and the outdoor area is an absolute dream - even more beautiful than in the pictures.

Had a very nice extended weekend with 6 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. The host Julia is very friendly and accommodating, we felt comfortable right away. The house is just great and offers very good opportunities for families. We'd love to come back!

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

We had such a great time at the apartment. It was very well furnished with a pool table, darts, foosball, a trampoline, and also many toys and items for younger children’s if needed. The kitchen had all the dishes, silverware, cutlery, and items needed to cook at home if desired. The village was small, quiet, and very relaxing. There is a nice restaurant we tried on the lake front that was very good within walking distance. The lake is very close by, and we enjoyed walking the trails and paths in the area. I would highly recommend for your next stay.

We had a wonderful week and also our Labrador Rosa loved it. Right away from the house nice walks without a lot of cars or people, so exactly what we wanted. The way to Hergensweiler to Gasthof Post was very nice and the food there is delicious, highly recommended. Ursula and her husband are very likeable and attentive hosts, we lacked nothing. We can imagine coming back. You have your peace and space, but you are still quickly in Lindau or via Friedrichshafen and catamaran in Konstanz. After the trip to the world, we were always happy to come to our cozy house!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!

Our JGA with 12 people stayed at Base Camp for 2 nights, we loved it! An experience that's pretty unrivaled in the region. The fact that we were late for check-in was not a problem at all, Karl is a very nice landlord who was always immediately available via mobile phone if we had questions or a problem. There is so much to do in the accommodation (legendary basement!) and in the city that we didn't even have a "boring" phase after the 2 nights, rather we would have to come back again to do the things we didn't have time for this time. Also for the uncomplicated handling when moving out (garbage, empties) 5 stars and thank you! It is quite clear when reading through the offer what is available and what to take care of yourself, and so we didn't miss anything at all. Of all the guests, thank you again to Karl and who knows when the next one of us needs a JGA. :)

We were already in Unteruhldingen for the fifth time in one of the two offered cottages and as always felt very comfortable - like a home away from home. This time we were for the first time in spring to the fruit tree blossom on Lake Constance and took many extensive walks with our dog in the adjacent Meersburg Forest as well as numerous bike rides. We will definitely be back:-)

The apartment is great, we felt right at home. Everything you need is here. The balcony has prepared many nice meals for us outdoors. The location is ideal for excursions by bike or on foot. The campsite with playground can be reached in 5 minutes. There are many beach resorts nearby that are also great for children and of course super many excursion destinations. We could have stayed longer, we wouldn't have gotten bored. Angie is very kind and always easy to reach and open to questions and feedback:)

A beautiful, cozy home away from home. Such peaceful surroundings next to the lake, with a fantastic garden. We loved it as did our dogs and we would love to return.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!

We enjoyed it very much here. We felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is exactly as great as it looks in the pictures. A huge kitchen, great dining/living area. Two large bedrooms and a very nice large garden. The underground parking space is very comfortable and you can reach the apartment via two steps. Should we come back to the area, we would book this apartment again at any time.

The apartment is very well located and has all the amenities. Tom is also a very responsive host. Recommended!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The rooms are bright and sunny. The location is ideal yet quiet. Everything can be reached on foot within 10 minutes or less including the lakefront. local bakery, restaurants, Edeka supermarket and train station. This town offers more restaurants than most surrounding towns and more activities making it an ideal base for a visit. The unit itself is very well equipped for a short or longer stay. There are even night lights in case nature calls in the evening. The host family are delightful and open to conversation or providing recommendations. The beds are comfortable and the rooms large enough to not feel cramped. The 2 balconies with awnings provide sun or shade as needed. A most comfortable stay and a place we recommend to anyone when in the area. We hope to return again very soon. Fyi, the off street parking and proximity to everything in town on foot is a big plus as the town has paid parking in almost all areas.
