In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

We offer a separate floor in a family house in the village of Havlovice. The accommodation is available 1+1, has a sunny terrace and there is plenty of space for bicycles, strollers, sleds... The house is located directly on the bike path, so it is an ideal starting point for in-line skating and cycling trips. In winter, the living rooms and bathroom are heated, but the corridors remain cold.
