Franz est adorable, très serviable. De plus l’accueil est top. La maison a un grand jardin très agréable même si notre court séjour nous a pas permis d’en profiter !

Wir waren aufgrund eines Messebesuchs in München und suchten daher einen Unterkunft mit der wir einfach mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln pendeln konnten. Wir waren zu viert und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder auswählen.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Pauline ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht (wie beschrieben), sogar einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer ist modern. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man zwei Supermerkte, eine Bäckerei, einen Imbiss mit Pizza, Döner etc. und ein asiatisches Restaurant. Mit dem Pkw ist man in ca. 30 min. in München. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Pauline sehr empfehlen und werde in Zukunft sicher selbst wieder Gast bei Pauline sein.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and with all the possible amenities you could want. Ludwig provided very clear instructions, was very responsive to my messages and kindly gave us an early check in and also offered us a late check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want, including all the little extras such as cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, spices, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, washing liquid and fabric softner for the washing machine. The bakery literally 2 minutes further up the road was really good and we found a couple of local restaurants that were probably was the best food we had during our stay. We hired a car and it was about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich and similar to the airport. It was a good location to explore the local area and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Η όλη εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά σε μετρό. Η περιοχή έχει πολλά εστιατόρια και σούπερ Μάρκετ σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το κέντρο της πόλης είναι πολύ κοντά με συγκοινωνία. Θα ξαναέμενα με μεγάλη ευχαρίστηση και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

역까지 도보로 이동 가능하고 메쎄까지도 약간 멀지만 도보로 이동 가능해서 좋았습니다. 또 가까이 마트가 있어서 편리해요.

Sehr nette Gastgeber und Gastgeberin, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles Wissenswerte über Unterkunft, Anbindung nach München und Umgebung ect. ist in einer Mappe detailliert beschrieben. Lohnt sich!

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Angela gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, its amenities and how everything worked. There were many welcoming perks throughout from refreshments in the fridge, snacks, and laundry facilities not present in many Airbnbs. We could count on Angela to provide us with crucial travel information regarding the transportation systems within the city. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a great place to stay during our time in Munich. The host gave great recommendations was super helpful and even supplied us with an umbrella when it started to rain! It's very close to public transportation and was very walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Bettina war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und reibungslos. Bei Fragen stand sie uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und gepflegt – für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt die perfekte Unterkunft. Es war an alles gedacht, sogar eine kleine Mahlzeit wartete im Kühlschrank auf uns, sodass wir morgens direkt frühstücken konnten. Ich kann sowohl für mich als auch für meine Begleitungen sprechen, wenn ich sage: Wir können Bettina und ihr Airbnb in voller Umfang weiterempfehlen.

Used the place as a pit stop for a meeting. stayed just the night but everything was perfect. the coffee and tea was a special treat :)

When I booked I knew very little about Munich. But this apartment looked comfortable and maybe near where I wanted to be. I was really happy to find the location was walkable to lots of places - English Garden, high end shops and affordable ones, and I really liked walking along the Isar River after dinner. There are tram stops and subway stations nearby so I only used cab/Uber once in 4 days. The apartment is just as listed. It was clean and comfortable. I had a question before my visit, and one while I was there, and Peter got back to me right away. I would easily stay there again.

Andreas e la sua famiglia ci hanno affidato la loro casa per qualche giorno per la nostra vacanza con i bambini. La casa è migliore di come appare nelle foto, molto luminosa, silenziosa e di facile accesso. Della casa abbiamo apprezzato che fosse molto bella, spaziosa, con 2 bagni e soprattutto molto pulita. Andreas ci ha fatto trovare tutto dalle lenzuola, agli asciugami ai prodotti per doccia ed i saponi. E' sempre stato molto attento alle nostre richieste rispondendo sempre nel giro di qualche minuto. Inoltre è sempre stato molto proattivo inviandoci indicazioni molto dettagliate di facile comprensione. Noi consigliamo Andreas per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità e la casa per la sua pulizia e bellezza Grazie di tutto.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Lediglich den Fußweg zum Bahnhof hatten wir unterschätzt und als wir das nächste Mal zum Bahnhof wollten, sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren! Allerdings war es dann ziemlich schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden! Das hat natürlich nichts mit der Qualität der Wohnung zu tun!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft, da wir von Kroatien wieder nach Deutschland fuhren. Die Anweisungen vom Gastgeber bezüglich der Schlüsselbox waren genau beschrieben und der Check-in sowie Check-out klappten einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab eine selbsterstellte Mappe vom Gastgeber mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung u.a., das fanden wir sehr gut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. ☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir bekamen immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung, wenn wir noch Fragen hatten. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind und eine Unterkunft benötigen kommen wir gerne wieder. Alles Top :-)
