Franz is adorable, very helpful. In addition, the welcome is great. The house has a large, very nice garden, even if our short stay did not allow us to enjoy it!

The house is so nice that you want to stay in and enjoy it. It's in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Munich. But only 30 minutes to the town center by car or metro. There were some great restaurants in the nearby town, for the nights when you aren't down town. Kristina's place was super clean and beautifully decorated. We really loved the tall wall to wall glass doors leading to the tiny pond garden in the backyard. very very clean. Kitchen is well rquipped, and the coolest shower I've seen. Now my wife wants to redesign our bathroom!

We were in Munich for a trade fair visit and were therefore looking for accommodation that we could easily commute to by public transport. There were four of us and everyone had their own space. We would choose the place again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Would highly recommend a stay if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and with all the possible amenities you could want. Ludwig provided very clear instructions, was very responsive to my messages and kindly gave us an early check in and also offered us a late check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want, including all the little extras such as cleaning supplies, tea, coffee, oil for cooking, spices, dishwasher tablets, plenty of toilet rolls, washing liquid and fabric softner for the washing machine. The bakery literally 2 minutes further up the road was really good and we found a couple of local restaurants that were probably was the best food we had during our stay. We hired a car and it was about 30 minutes to the centre of Munich and similar to the airport. It was a good location to explore the local area and we really enjoyed our stay there.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Angela gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, its amenities and how everything worked. There were many welcoming perks throughout from refreshments in the fridge, snacks, and laundry facilities not present in many Airbnbs. We could count on Angela to provide us with crucial travel information regarding the transportation systems within the city. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a great place to stay during our time in Munich. The host gave great recommendations was super helpful and even supplied us with an umbrella when it started to rain! It's very close to public transportation and was very walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

Bettina was an excellent host. Communication was quick and seamless. If we had any questions, she was always there to help and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained – the perfect accommodation for our three-day stay. Everything was thought of, even a small meal was waiting for us in the fridge, so we could have breakfast in the morning. I can speak for myself and my companions when I say: We can fully recommend Bettina and her Airbnb.

Used the place as a pit stop for a meeting. stayed just the night but everything was perfect. the coffee and tea was a special treat :)

When I booked I knew very little about Munich. But this apartment looked comfortable and maybe near where I wanted to be. I was really happy to find the location was walkable to lots of places - English Garden, high end shops and affordable ones, and I really liked walking along the Isar River after dinner. There are tram stops and subway stations nearby so I only used cab/Uber once in 4 days. The apartment is just as listed. It was clean and comfortable. I had a question before my visit, and one while I was there, and Peter got back to me right away. I would easily stay there again.

Andreas and his family entrusted us with their home for a few days for our vacation with the children. The house is better than it appears in the photos, very bright, quiet and easy to access. From the house we appreciated that it was very nice, spacious, with 2 bathrooms and above all very clean. Andreas made us find everything from sheets, towels to shower products, and soaps. He has always been very attentive to our requests, always responding within a few minutes. He has also always been very proactive by sending us very detailed directions that are easy to understand. We recommend Andreas for his kindness and availability and the house for his cleanliness and beauty Thank you for everything.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We only underestimated the walk to the train station and the next time we wanted to go to the train station, we drove! However, it was quite difficult to find a parking space! Of course, this has nothing to do with the quality of the apartment!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
