Very cozy apartment, which was our "base camp" for bike tours. Good storage facilities for bicycles. Very nice contact with Sofia, thank you again!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

The apartment was very nice and in a great area to explore Bavaria with easy rail access to Munich. Rosalind was proactive with instructions and very welcoming on our arrival. very calm neighborhood, with several cafes nearby, supermarket very close. Paul provided the keys to the underground parking, so it was very convenient to leave the car in a safe place. The apartment has enough space to accommodate 4-5 people comfortably. it was a little difficult to find the road because of temporary repairs on the main road. It had everything you need to accommodate a comfortable, nicely equipped kitchen. Thanks to the host!

Perfect place to walk around Munich city.

The accommodation was very nice and well-equipped, no complaints. We had a very good week, this region is rich in discoveries, we hope to return to this cottage one day.

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment was great & the view wonderful! Christina was super friendly and gave us great tips. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

A very pleasant and well decorated apartment. It is very well located, 5 minutes from an S Bahn station that allows you to be at the central station in 10 minutes. A Netto allows you to shop, and there are children's play areas nearby, as well as a Biergarten that looks nice! Tanja is very friendly and responsive, the communication was very nice with her. The children's room is well equipped with games, our 4 year old son was looking forward to returning at the end of the day to be able to play! The 2 bathrooms are very useful. The sofa in the living room can only accommodate one person. Since we were 2 couples and a child, we took a mattress from the children's room to put it in the living room; Only downside, the immediate proximity to the railway and the ring road. Double glazing is very efficient, so windows closed is not inconvenient, but we can't open the windows for too long, to be taken into account if we come in summer.

After last year, we stayed with them again, I think this shows satisfaction! Spacious, comfortable, peaceful, easy to access.

We found Michael's place very nice, clean and quiet. There were already many things available, such as salt, pepper, detergent, soap and toilet paper. There was a lot to do in the area, whether in the mountains or by the lake. Overall, we liked the vacation at Michael's place very much.

Great apartment at Felicia's. It was very clean and maintained. We were very comfortable. Also, the contact was always very attentive and friendly. We had a mountain bike vacation and the apartment was ideal for it. We were also quickly on foot in the beautiful village of Prien. Apartment highly recommended.
