Beautiful spot, and a quick walk to the bus stop if some of your family is taking too long to get ready!

We have stayed at this location a number of times of times. Winter, Spring, Summer and fall and it never disappoints. Great location, close enough to the action but very peaceful. I stayed there with my family and kids (6 and 2) and it is perfect. I have also stayed there with buddies for all ski weekend and also perfect! House is extremely comfortable and impeccably maintained. Amenities are as advertised. Bob is a great and responsive host, though with the way the place is kept and the great instructions provided you likely won’t need to contact him. Really, get this place. You won’t be disappointed!

PERFECT winter getaway! The location was amazing…our room had a wonderful view of the mountain, pool and hot tub. The resort itself was beautiful-great staff! Nice shops, excellent dining and bars! And, of course-snowboarding! Will definitely return! Can’t say enough about Stowe Mountain Resort! AWESOME!

Our stay was great at this home. It was a charming home with modern decor. The home was perfect for our family of 4 and my parents. The location was also perfect for us as we wanted proximity to skiing and to family who live in the area. Lots of good space in the home with the two living rooms. The bedding and towels provided were of good quality and the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We only really ate breakfast in the home but we had all we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Sherry's cottage was the perfect place for our family to view the eclipse from! The place was well-equipped with everything we needed and spotless. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely house and beautiful lot! Spent lots of time playing in the yard, swimming in the pool and exploring all the things that Stowe has to offer. We'll be back!

Erica was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Very welcoming, clear communication. The space is suitable for a large group and conveniently located to local attractions. About 20-25 minute drive to the ski area. We hope to stay again.

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

I was looking for a place to watch the leaves change for the month of October and I found it. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is more spacious than I thought and the views are even more spectacular in person. Access to all parts of Lake Willoughby and room for two distinct groups or families with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and a midlevel with open concept kitchen, living and dining areas and a full bath and washer/dryer. It is COMPLETELY stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Incredibly peaceful and I hope I am lucky enough to visit again.

This place was great, my two daughters and myself felt right at home. It was quiet and peaceful. Had an issue getting the streaming apps working on the TV and Kevin came right over and got it working. He was very accommodating. 5 stars

Kim was super kind and went above and beyond to help me sort out a situation even before our arrival. The home is located in a quiet beautiful area, it is super comfortable, beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and linens. My kids enjoyed playing games in the basement, and my husband and I enjoyed watching TV and reading by the fireplace. I highly recommend Kim's place.

Really enjoyed my stay at Tylers place! Nice and quiet and right next to the river. Just a 20 min drive to great restaurants, bars/breweries, and shops in Stowe! Having the propane fireplace built into the unit was great, it really warmed up the place on a couple of cold rainy nights during my trip. Would recommend for a comfortable, peaceful stay.

My son and family really enjoyed their stay. At the last minute a medical emergency made it impossible for my husband and I to come. I insisted they go to get the break they all deserved I have heard nothing but very positive things about the house and its location and about the hosts from my son and family. They enjoyed it very much. Extremely well stocked kitchen as well.

House was clean and easy to access. Close to Bromont ski hill and Sutton which was what we were looking for. Great stay!

Thank you very much, Robin. The house is located in a cozy picturesque place. The weekend was wonderful. The house has all the amenities, and the hot tub is just super. We went skiing in the neighboring resorts, saw the sights. I recommend this wonderful place.

This is a very special place, new, nice decor, beautiful landscape scenery and sunset. Perfect for relaxation and decompression. The location is beautiful and the house is well equipped. Loved it ! Thanks Shelley, you were very nice and caring.

This house was absolutely wonderful! Cozy but spacious, private but central, we felt right at home here and we had a wonderful ski/relaxation weekend for our party of 6 and a newborn. The living room is a massive space for gathering, the dining room is similarly spacious with an easy to use fireplace that was perfect to sit at for morning coffee. We will definitely try to stay again in the future, hopefully in the summer!

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a weekend of hiking in the Green Mountains. The place was spacious considering the cost and had everything we needed. Michael was even kind enough to give us free eggs from his chickens! Would highly recommend staying here if looking for a comfortable place in northern Vermont

Absolutely wonderful stay this past week. The house was perfect for a larger family - spread out and everyone had plenty of space. Location was amazing - perfectly situated between Stowe mountain and town. She was also a wonderful responsive host. Easy to communicate with, tons of recommendations and pleasant. We will definitely stay again!
