Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for relaxing, playing, and hiking. If you want to get to the city center, the gråkall court, the tram, from a stop close by. The house is located right by Lianvannet - bathing water, and there are also skiing opportunities right from the door, over the water and out in the prepared ski slope, in winter time. There is a lot of room for 2 families, or for the group of friends. There is large space, 2 parking spaces, large garden with playground, fire pit and barbecue in the summer.

Fantastic cottage in the municipality of Selbu

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The 2-room apartment is renovated with all you need for a stay in Trondheim. There is a full size double bed in the bedroom and a sleeping coach (120x200cm) in the livingroom. Great apartment, perfect for weekend or work.

Apartment where you live close to forest and fields at the same time just a few minutes from the city center! Child friendly , backyard with play stands. Quiet neighborhood with free parking and large ski storage. 5 beds! trail network and training opportunities. Walking distance to colonial, pharmacy, gym and swimming pool. Right by the bus stop, minutes from the city center by bus! It is forbidden to have a party in the apartment.

The cabin in the forest with a jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.

Cozy single-family home

Stayed at the house during the World Cup in Trondheim. Great location, a little out of the city, but fine with bus and taxi. We had a great time, and a great World Cup!

World Ski Championships 2025

We had an amazing stay at Audun's place! His communication was prompt and friendly, making everything seamless. The condo was spotless, well-stocked, and perfect for our small family reunion, with plenty of space, fast internet, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic—stunning views of Trondheim, a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, parks for the kids, and a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. Public transport nearby made getting downtown easy, but free parking with an EV outlet was a nice perk. The modern design, natural light, and thoughtful touches (snack basket, wine, coffee) made it feel like home. Audun went above and beyond, even allowing an early check-in. Highly recommend this gem of an Airbnb—would absolutely stay here again! Oh, and don’t miss the ski jump facility nearby!
