Carina and her husband are very friendly and helpful hosts! We felt right at home. The apartment is nice, super clean and equipped with everything you need. The view of the lake is fantastic and the location in the middle of nature is fantastic. We stayed at Carina's place for 6 great nights and we would love to come back anytime!

Had a good one night stay here. Convenient location and well maintained property. We learned after booking that the lock box for check in was not working so we did have to coordinate with Benny a specific check in time, but he was very responsive and flexible with timing.

Delighted! Modernly clean fresh and everything is needed. Extra plus for washing machine and dryer in super fresh bathroom.

We felt very comfortable! The friendly apartment is perfect for a long weekend. The apartment offers everything you need. You are quickly in the center of the city. Caroline assisted us very well with the arrival and check-in!

Lovely apartment / easy to walk everywhere. Very quiet at night. Comfy furniture. Not good for people not mobile at stairs! But worth the view at the top x

Everything was as described, but the spiral staircase is not recommended for adults as it is very narrow to enter the upper floor "only suitable for children" Helen and her husband were very friendly and always approachable. The surroundings were great and lots of excursions nearby. We felt very comfortable.

Superb location, sea view close to beach and every thing in Grebbestad town. Very nice hosts. Only one big room, but with plenty of space for kitchen, beds and nice seating area with perfct balcony outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at Björn's! He is a very welcoming and warm host! The apartment is perfect, the area is very nice and very quiet. We stayed for 1 month and it went by so quickly that we would have stayed longer in this comfortable accommodation! Whenever we had a question or needed something, Björn was always very responsive! We obviously recommend this accommodation because the host, the apartment and the area are perfect. The tram is at 5mn walking distance which is very convenient for getting around the city. In addition, we had a parking spot for our car, which is not a detail in Göteborg! Thanks again Björn for your welcome!!

Sarah was an amazing host who made me and the family feel welcome and well taken care of without being in any way objectionable. She was a very nice and kind host who really cared that the property would be at the highest possible level and it was noticed that she cared just as much that we who rented the place would have a great time. The accommodation was way above expectations. Large and spacious. Tidy and tidy. Easy to handle. The surroundings could also not have been better with proximity to nice eateries and beaches not far away. In addition, we had a nice visit by a cozy cat almost every day.

Beautiful apartment, in an area easily accessible by bus (bus stop 20 meters away). The small outdoor terrace is very nice, in a quiet residence. The interior is well thought out with all the essentials for our stay! We were even able to wash a little laundry;) We were in a hurry to return the car, but Kristoffer was very nice to us, and I was able to ask her for advice afterwards. I recommend it!

The stay was just perfect from the first to the end of the day. Great, cozy apartment. We especially liked the sauna! Beautiful hiking trails right by the house and a unique view. We will be happy to come back :)

Nice house with lots of room in a great location. Quiet area with only a 10 minute tram into the city.

We spent 5 days in Kenneth and Malene’s house, we were 2 families with 2 kids 2yo. They live on the upper floor and were very welcoming and helpful in giving us several information. Check in, check out and comminication were great, Fast and easy. We had a bit of bad luck with weather, but we were able to enjoy the barbecue and jacuzzi, which are definetly a plus. The house is very well organized with all the necessary kitchen tools and room enough for all us, especially the living room where our kids played most of the time. Malene was so kind to give our kids lots and lots of toys they played with. would have been Perfect to have a second bathroom as we struggled a bit with the kids, but we were aware of that. The location is good, the sea is just in front of the house and we also had the possibilities to use their kayak, but we did not cause of weather. It is a good starting point to visit all the west coast. In the end we had a very nice and relaxing stay. Thanks a lot and see you

Very good communication and got the key right after purchase and was very happy with how big the place was and how exclusive everything looked.. easily 10/10 and the host was very nice and easy to talk to, highly recommend.😊👌

We were incredibly happy to visit this houseboat. The host was welcoming and very helpful. However, we visited the houseboat during the winter holidays, and thus the industrial neighborhood was not so exciting. However, we can read that there are plenty of offers out there during the summer period. Overall, we were very happy to spend a whole week on boats, and the host's courtesy draws a lot of attention to the experience.

This was a lovely find -- a genuinely large and spacious house with a parking spot, a washer/dryer, a well-stocked kitchen, a great view from the patio, and easy walking distance to the nearest tram stop (3 minutes max). There is also a huge park with running trails and a free zoo within walking distance. The hosts were easy to communicate with and left us helpful information for our stay. Our family of four was comfortable here for an extended stay in Gothenburg and would happily stay here again! It's worth noting for anyone with mobility issues that the house is on the fourth floor of a building and has stairs inside to access the bedrooms. Also, there was no jacuzzi when we stayed, which was kind of a bummer as it was in the listing. Overall, it was a great find though, and we'd highly recommend it!
