You will need a car to get here, but in return you will live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique possibilities in summer and winter. The property is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented. Bed linen and towels are included The 5th bed space in the living room. If you want to stay rural but at the same time this is something for you It's not a party place. Animals welcome.

In the summer there are long bright nights, and in the winter you can be lucky enough to see the northern lights. Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city center (about 15-20 minutes by car). Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds, but it is possible to make room for one more person.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Dream cottage in Selbu

Kick back and relax in this quiet, elegant space. We welcome you to our dream cabin! Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and ski-in/ski-out to many prepared cross-country trails. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has 4 bedrooms (1 in the annex), a cozy living room, winter garden, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

Lovely and quirky downtown condominium

Stylish and completed apartment (approx. 61m2) at great Ilsvika. Trondheimsfjorden 50m outside the door, with both the beach and popular fishing spot within 100m. Many parks and volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity. Gravel road to the city market starts a few hundred meters away in the road. 1.5km into the centre, via either the harbour promenade or the city streets. Lovely apartment and location. The price for a longer stay (more than 2 weeks) can be arranged.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden close to the fjord and views to Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min) and the city mark is easily accessible just above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 people.
