My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Our loft is located in the center of Trier. 100 meters from the hospital mother house, 100 meters from Karl Marx house. 5 min. to the main market, 2 min. to the theater. Furnished in industrial style 55 m. Living room with adjoining bedroom. Kitchen full amenities, bathroom with washing machine . In addition, 19 sqm terrace overlooking a row of trees, quietly located. Groceries and bakeries, as well as parking garage around the corner. Nice restaurants close.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated winery, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Mosel. Art, culture, and good food are around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feel". The bathroom is new, the kitchen well equipped and good wine is across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, the open stairs are rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo-Cafissimo coffee machine is also provided.
