Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Within walking distance to the center. However, with unobstructed views of the Kaiserthermen. There is an underground parking space available. The bedroom has a high-quality double bed 180 × 200 m with an adjoining bathroom and direct access to the balcony. Very quiet location. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed. A kitchen with all the amenities that leaves nothing to be desired.
