Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Trempealeau County

Jennifer responded to all our questions quickly. She was always friendly and accommodating. We ended up getting there a little early and she was able to let us know it was ok to check in. Her husband even went and put some boards on the fence where my younger dog would've probably gotten out of. Nicely stocked kitchen. Many spices and small appliances. We really enjoyed our stay. We're planning on coming back.

This was a clean house with an incredible view of the Mississippi River and very close to town. The host is proactive with communications and everything was smooth. Note the drive is easy to miss so google maps is helpful. The drive is next to the drive of another house which goes down a sloping driveway.

Daughters wedding was at a venue in the area and this home was perfect to stay at. Roomy rooms, comfortable beds to get a good night sleep. Also, we had a snowstorm and it was great to have carport to keep snow off the cars. Would stay at again if we are ever in the area.

We found it very easy to settle into this cozy yet spacious home which has plenty of character and nice amenities. The sunset view from the home was particularly beautiful. The interior is pleasantly decorated with color accents and has an overall tone of peacefulness with a slightly rustic touch. We appreciated the private nature of the home and property, which is also very close to groceries and other off-site services. We also appreciated the excellent wifi! Rachel is a superb Host. She responded promptly to our questions and gave us detailed and practical information when needed. We liked this site so much that we made another reservation, for later this year!

Had an amazing weekend once again as this was our 3rd stay here! This is one of our favorites would recommend 10/10

What a great house! We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough space for us. Plus the views of the river are incredible! The house has all the accommodations you’ll want and need and you’ll be able to enjoy your entire stay, inside and outside, at the house if you choose.

We (two adults and a dog) enjoyed everything about this cabin. The best part was watching sunrises over the Black River through the living room windows while we enjoyed our coffee. All the furniture was comfortable. The host also had thoughtful items around for use, like bug spray, campfire marshmallows, and dog toys. We had a peaceful weekend here.

Write down the check in instructions before you arrive, just in case! Luckily the Airbnb app cached some of the check in details from when I looked earlier in the day. I had zero cell signal when I arrived (T-Mobile), so I could communicate with Jeff. If you arrive earlier in the evening you can stop at the farm to use WiFi. There is WiFi in the sleeping cabin but I didn’t have the password. This spot was peaceful and quiet. A great place for some rest and solitude and reflection. I happened to be visiting over a weekend when the organic tea farm across the street was giving tours, which was a treat! It was hot (high near 90 two of the days) and the cabins stayed cool enough—the small fan was sufficient to stay comfortable. Be prepared to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans you want to use. There is a full size bed now (not a futon), which was comfortable. The kitchen had a hot plate, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, and instant pot.
