Welcome to Benoît and Anne's 😀 We are making this completely refurbished home available in 2024! This studio is attached to our house. You can access it independently and enjoy part of our garden. We live in a quiet area, in a small town located about 10 minutes from the sea (Bay of St Brieuc, Goëlo Coast). With an area of about 30 m2, our studio will be the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay in Brittany!

The environment is rather quiet and green. Free parking adjacent to the house allows you to park without difficulty.
