It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed—from the soft lighting and modern decor to the clean layout that made the space feel both relaxing and luxurious. The place is not just pretty—it’s fully equipped too. I had everything I needed for a comfy stay: complete kitchen essentials, fast Wi-Fi, clean towels, hot shower, aircon that cools fast, and even small touches that made the place feel extra homey. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into making the unit not just beautiful, but functional too. This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space is both aesthetic and highly functional. While it is compact, everything is thoughtfully laid out and works perfectly—from the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and cookware, to the washer and dryer which were incredibly convenient during my stay. The sofabed is surprisingly comfortable, and the TV with the soundbar made for a great entertainment setup—I honestly didn’t want to leave! There was some unexpected maintenance happening on the floor during my visit, which the host wasn’t initially informed about by the building admin. However, the host was extremely responsive and quickly took action to address the situation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would definitely love to return in the future.
