The place is not just pretty—it’s fully equipped too. I had everything I needed for a comfy stay: complete kitchen essentials, fast Wi-Fi, clean towels, hot shower, aircon that cools fast, and even small touches that made the place feel extra homey. Lexor is a great place to stay. Marrion kept the place clean and tidy. Place is good for couple or for a small family, compact yet complete with all the things that you need for every day basis. Ms. Ellen is an exceptional host who is always attentive and patiently responds to my inquiries and requests. Her politeness sets a high standard for kindness. The rate we received was ideal and within our budget. There are public transportation options available nearby, and it is very close to SM Southmall and various convenience stores. The water pressure in the accommodations is excellent, and we did not experience any interruptions in the water supply.

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

We had our team building here and we had so much fun. The place can accommodate a lot of people. There were 2 huge dining areas, we were 40 pax, and only utilized one since it was already enough. All the rooms were clean and spacious, all with bathroom and toiletries. Accommodating staff, both online and actual. Our only concern was the wifi but other than that, all good. Highly recommended. 💯

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space is both aesthetic and highly functional. While it is compact, everything is thoughtfully laid out and works perfectly—from the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and cookware, to the washer and dryer which were incredibly convenient during my stay. The sofabed is surprisingly comfortable, and the TV with the soundbar made for a great entertainment setup—I honestly didn’t want to leave! There was some unexpected maintenance happening on the floor during my visit, which the host wasn’t initially informed about by the building admin. However, the host was extremely responsive and quickly took action to address the situation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would definitely love to return in the future.

First day of check in, I am so amazed with how organized the place is. From kitchen utensils to toiletries! Everything is well prepared. The unit is so clean and the best thing about this unit is that the room and the bed is super comfortable to rest. they are very reaponsive to my inquiries and very respectful.

I booked the place to celebrate my birthday. The place was aesthetically superb. You will feel at home once you're inside. The area is so quiet and peaceful. What's even great is that Ms. Lyza, the host, was so responsive. I will definitely recommend her place to friends and will surely go back for a longer stay in the future.
