nice house on two floors... on the ground floor, kitchen room and first floor bedroom with bathroom... quiet location for those seeking peace and serenity

The host made us find the apartment clean and fragrant. The rooms are large and the bathroom and kitchen are functional. The area is quiet, quiet and from the apartment you can enjoy a pleasant view of the mountains. Convenient indoor parking. In the apartment there were all the necessary things for the stay. Overall we had a very good time!

I stayed at Mario's place for 4 weeks and had a wonderful time. The "barn" is tastefully furnished and has everything you need (kitchen/bath). Furthermore the little house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with great views of the nearby mountains. Since I stayed a little longer it was very convenient that I could use the well functioning washing machine. Apart from that it was a big plus that the heating worked perfectly well, since during my stay the temperature during the nights was quite low. With regard to activities you can reach most trailheads (if you like to hike) within 15-30 minutes by car. If you're interested in city trips, Arezzo, Florence, Siena etc. can also be easily reached by car or train (from Montevarchi). Last but not least, Mario and his wife are very kind and helpful hosts. They live on the same property so that you can always reach out to them.
