The preparation and reception done in an extraordinary way. The house is fantastic for many or few people, has everything, quite comfortable and spacious. Casgas is a very quiet place of easy access, with very friendly and available inhabitants and we are only a short drive from most of the most usual points of interest. To be repeated for sure. Thank you in advance to Dona Alice and other people who help in the process.

Amazing and perfect getaway from the city to the peaceful countryside. This house was all what we wanted! Juan was very communicative and Graça who met us there made us feel immediately at home. Her breakfasts were amazing and beautiful organised. Definitely recommend. We will come back in the summer as well.

Casa do Losango - the Douro river as a border

The house corresponds exactly to the description and the photos, bright, well decorated and with everything necessary, already the views are even better than in the photos. Undoubtedly the freest and most beautiful part of the Douro, far from the confusion and tourist over-exploitation. The access to the river is about 8 min walk from the house and if the temperature allows it, great for bathing. The beds are comfortable and the house has good sun exposure and thermal insulation, even though outside it could be cooler the house was naturally warm. Mário has always been available and helpful and is in a bigger house upstairs, a few tens of meters away. We very much liked the location, the house and returning to our grandparents' land, I highly recommend it and we will certainly come back more often.

This house is an oasis within the Serra da Estrela. It's impressive how the house is well inserted next to the mate and the waterfall. Everything was clean and Alexandrina gave us all the necessary support at all times we requested. Thank you for everything and know that I will be back soon! ✌🏻🥳

Peaceful accommodation in a wooded and green area. We were greeted very well, and the hosts were responsive to our requests. Small clarification for future guests there is a church right next door that rings every 30 minutes from 7am. Otherwise, if you are looking for a change of scenery, we recommend it.

The place is wonderful and Cecilia is a wonderful host, we were hit by the blackout and they were waiting at the door for us to arrive to see what we were fine and we could get into the estate, the garden they have is wonderful and the cabin is very romantic and made by them. Excellent house, clean and tidy. It has all facilities. Very comfortable, homely.Vistas Excellent location perfect for enjoying the Serra,where we were toasted by a beautiful snowfall. When we got to the house it was warm, which we enjoyed.

Almost a dollhouse... with everything we need. Very nice place. The entire surroundings of the farm convey a peace and a pleasant feeling of isolation. Here you can enjoy the silence and a very beautiful landscape. A walking tour in the middle of the apple trees is very good. I recommend for rest.

Mr. Rui was impeccable from the beginning. From giving us locations of spaces we would never find out for ourselves, to sending a message extending the checkout without us asking. The house itself is pleasant, very small, more than 4 people is difficult, but it was extremely clean and tidy. We were offered wood every day to use on the salamander. 5 star service. I recommend it.

I thought the house is actually better than what was in the photos. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, well equipped kitchen. The garden is very well cared for and the pool has 3 heights, ideal for children. The house is a little out of the way from the village but 10 minutes away by car there is everything you need. I would definitely repeat.
