Our family loved staying in this airbnb! It was beautiful, and fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. We loved the brick walls and greenery, as well as the federation style features but with a mix of modern style as well. Lots of space for the family to spend quality time together, for the kids to play and explore, and cozy areas for adults to relax. My husband made good use of the mezanine/upstairs desk area for his work, and we all loved the nice views from up there, overlooking the main living area and out through the large windows. There was so much natural light throughout and we particularly loved the kitchen and renovated bathrooms. Overall, the home felt well looked after and very clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous couple,friendly,accomodating, was just like visiting family, the room was perfect for our needs, no cooking facilities but good restaurants close by or supermarket's to put a nice meal together, they have a microwave so we took homemade meals dor the first 2 days and treated ourselves to restaurant meals for a couple. we loved our stay

My (now) husband and I used this AirBnB to host his 10-person family for our wedding this past weekend. First of all, finding a place that can sleep 10 people in Perth is enough of a struggle, but to find something that's actually aesthetically appealing is even harder. This AirBnB is an absolute gem. Couldn't recommend it enough. It was nestled away in the most beautiful suburb, it was within walking distance of some great restaurants and even the salon that my mother and sister-in-laws got their hair done at for the day of the wedding. They raved nonstop about how beautiful the home is, all of the amenities (lots of basketball was played by the guys, and the girls used the gym), and the general location. They felt like they were living in a lavish hotel (and the goal was to make them feel spoiled), so mission absolutely accomplished. If I never need to house 10 people again, I will look no further than here. Thank you Kobie!

Bonnie was very friendly and responsive. The house was very clean and lovely. It was so nice to have a park nearby and it was so nice to have a station nearby. I will use it again🤍👍🏻👍🏻
