Another fabulous stay at Buttercup Cottage!! Tiffany is the host you wish you had at every Airbnb! She has thought of all the little details to make a stay so easy and pleasant! Just bring your clothes and deodorant lol she literally had everything else! Really nice toiletries! Plenty of hangers in the closets and snacks already in the pantry! Comfy beds, great location, squeaky clean and safe!! We will definitely be back again!!! I hope this gem is never unavailable when we want a Waco visit 😊

My wife and I had an amazing time staying at this river get away! The hosts were so kind and so easy to communicate with. The airbnb was fresh and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The river was beautiful and easy to get to. We had the most fun kayaking and playing indoor pickleball. We used the hot tub after dinner under the lighted porch, which was soooo relaxing. We will definitely be returning, it was well worth it!

A well-equipped kitchen area is featured with a clean countertop and modern appliances, including a stove and microwave. A welcome basket filled with snacks is presented, beside a neatly opened guest book, adding a personal touch to the space.

Nice little place, and easy to find. Near the lake if you are wanting to do the water stuff. I appreciated all the little extras at this place that aren't required but sure make for a better stay. Plenty of paper goods, in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Kitchen had soap dispensers for the hand soap and to hand wash dishes. The dishwasher had plenty of detergent pods under the sink and the laundry had detergent pods available as well. The bathroom had some extra supplies one might forget to pack, I appreciated the flossers. Just the extra little things that save you a trip to the store, and plenty of potty paper. I was well pleased with the place to stay.

WOW!!! Do not hesitate- this is where you should stay. I have never stayed in a shared space before, but it was absolutely the highlight of our trip. From morning coffee chats, to the best recommendations, to afternoon and evening laughs and conversation… Kim was one of the best parts of visiting Waco. The house is beautiful with so much history and character. Excellent location. And Kim and the other guests became quick friends. What a delight. I can’t wait to come back!!

We had the most wonderful week staying at this charming cottage while my daughter attended a summer camp at Baylor University. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short drive to Waco and all the amazing local attractions. The cottage itself is absolutely picture-perfect! It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Nestled on a peaceful farm, we loved starting our mornings with coffee on the front porch while watching the animals. It truly felt like a serene escape from the everyday hustle. One of our favorite perks was how close it was to Homestead Heritage, making it easy to visit Waco Waffle House, Homestead Café, and Heritage Coffee Company—all must-try spots! The peaceful setting, combined with such easy access to local gems, made our stay incredibly special. This cottage is a hidden gem, and we’re already counting down the days until we can return and relax.

Adrian’s home is quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen and baths had everything you need. The kiddos loved the games and play structure! Our family enjoyed relaxing inside and outside and the short drive to all things Waco was perfect!

A newly built guesthouse is softly lit against the backdrop of twilight. A stone pathway leads to a welcoming entrance, flanked by outdoor seating on the porch. The surrounding yard features landscaped lighting, enhancing the appealing façade of the property.
