Exceptional place: spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped, in a great location minutes from town center on foot. We highly recommend!! If you have a car, the parking is very good but not super close. If you have a lot of luggage or groceries, there is a no-parking zone in front of the building where you can pull over enough for cars to get by and quickly load or unload your car. To enter the parking structure, you have to use a keypad which is not located for use by the driver, so you either need a second person or you need to get out of your car. Again, there is enough space at the intersection of rue Fournier Sarlovèze and rue Louis Mie to pull over enough for cars to get by and quickly get out of your car and use the keypad. If you plan to do laundry, be aware that use of the washer and dryer is not allowed before 0900 or after 1900, so you may have to adjust your schedule. Also, the laundry room is adjacent to the apartment, not inside….

We had a pleasant time in Saint-Sozy which is very well located for visiting the surrounding area. The apartment was quiet and so were the neighbors. It's well-appointed and the pool is a real plus. The garden too. Sebastien is available and friendly. We recommend these listings.

Everything went very well, the person for whom we had booked the accommodation found it as described, clean and quiet. Amandine had turned on the heating, which was appreciated. Good communication, information provided on time. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

This accommodation has been very well furnished, it is efficient, only small flaw is the air dehumidifier which can disconnect, but makes noise. Karine was exemplary responsive and very kind.

We had a great time with the family at the Dryer where nothing was missing. We were able to enjoy all our meals outdoors thanks to the covered terrace. The pétanque court is perfect as well as the heated pool. We were hosted very well. We'll be happy to go back!

very well equipped accommodation, large swimming pool, surrounded by nature in a charming village. very well located (15 minutes from Sarlat), 10 minutes from the beaches for swimming in the Dordogne. Very welcoming host.

Very pleasant, functional, quiet accommodation and totally in line with expectations. Ideal for combining proximity to the city center and a starting point for sightseeing tours. A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.

We had a lovely four night stay in Cahor at Josy's flat. The location was great for both walking into the old town (the Cahor Wed & Sat market is much better than Sarlat) and for driving out into the countryside to explore the Lot region. While we chose this for the private parking, the flat was large, well-equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. It was a treat to have a clothes dryer as well as a washer. Josy was a helpful host who we enjoyed meeting. No hesitation in recommending this place!
