Exceptional place: spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped, in a great location minutes from town center on foot. We highly recommend!! If you have a car, the parking is very good but not super close. If you have a lot of luggage or groceries, there is a no-parking zone in front of the building where you can pull over enough for cars to get by and quickly load or unload your car. To enter the parking structure, you have to use a keypad which is not located for use by the driver, so you either need a second person or you need to get out of your car. Again, there is enough space at the intersection of rue Fournier Sarlovèze and rue Louis Mie to pull over enough for cars to get by and quickly get out of your car and use the keypad. If you plan to do laundry, be aware that use of the washer and dryer is not allowed before 0900 or after 1900, so you may have to adjust your schedule. Also, the laundry room is adjacent to the apartment, not inside….

Nous avons passé un agréable moment a saint-sozy qui est très bien situé pour la visite des alentours. L'appartement était au calme et les voisins l'étaient également. C'est bien aménagé et la piscine est un vrai plus. Le jardin aussi. Sebastien est disponible et aimable. Nous recommandons ces logements.

Tout s'est très bien passé, la personne pour qui nous avions réservé le logement l'a trouvé conforme à la description, propre et au calme. Amandine avait allumé le chauffage ce qui à été apprécié. Bonne communication, informations transmises dans les temps. Merci pour votre accueil.

ce logement à très bien été aménager, il est efficace, seul petit défaut c'est le déshumidificateur d'air qui peut se débrancher, mais fait du bruit . Karine à été d'une réactivité exemplaire et d'une très grande gentillesse.

Formidable séjour chez Teddy et Marjorie, la maison est très confortable, aménagée avec goût et en plein cœur de Souillac. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles dans Souillac, un sympathique espace vert à proximité du logement. Il est très facile de rayonner depuis le logement vers une grande partie du Périgord Noir, aussi bien vers Montignac Lascaux, La Roque Gageac que Rocamadour .. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour. Teddy et Marjorie ont été des hôtes à l'écoute, sympathiques et flexibles. "Une perle rare" bien méritée

Accueil très agréable, maison tres jolie avec une superbe vu sur la nature. Emplacement idéale pour se ressourcer ou partir visité la region. Très heureuse de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille au Séchoir où rien ne manquait. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas en extérieur grâce à la terrasse couverte. Le terrain de pétanque est parfait ainsi que la piscine chauffée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Logement très plaisant, fonctionnel, calme et totalement conforme aux attentes. Idéal pour conjuguer proximité du centre ville et point de départ pour les circuits touristiques. A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, spacieux, agréable et très propre. Il ne manque rien! Le calme est appréciable, la literie très bonne, et la maison est très bien équipée. Sarlat est très proche, sans compter tous les autres lieux magiques à visiter, un super séjour, merci!

We had a lovely four night stay in Cahor at Josy's flat. The location was great for both walking into the old town (the Cahor Wed & Sat market is much better than Sarlat) and for driving out into the countryside to explore the Lot region. While we chose this for the private parking, the flat was large, well-equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. It was a treat to have a clothes dryer as well as a washer. Josy was a helpful host who we enjoyed meeting. No hesitation in recommending this place!
